Mode Rouge has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Clothing and accessories products and services. These products and services have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.
The Customer
Mode Rouge has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as it's a niche market to provide modern contemporary tropical wear which is very difficult to find beyond the continent. With the growing number of African immigrants and the second generation of African-americans and others who are finding that African wear is helping them connect to their heritage and solidify their identity.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of mostly clients of African descent and others who are Afrocentric, but most especially clients who are looking to be fashionable in new exciting wear.
The Value Proposition
Mode Rouge is uniquely positioned to deliver value to clients of any race, fashionistas but especially to those who love Afrocentric designs. "Mode Rouge will Provide contemporary clothes for every day wear to work, an evening on the town, with personalized tailoring services as needed." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I am unique in that I grew up on the west coast of Africa, having experienced this fashion and culture and I will use that to modernize and customize the clothes to have the greatest appeal. I have also had a strong sense of fashion and design and this is my passion. am also willing to venture into this new market, as I am confident that I have the right background. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Try to get my products into major boutiques and stores.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Successfully launching a new line every season Opening a store location Branching out to several locations nationally and internationally.
