This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Residential energy customers.

Nexen is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Residential energy customers. "Nexen will Lower the cost on the customers utility bill." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We can supply energy at lower rate then they would normally be paying. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Alternative Energy supply market. We consider our key competitors to be: "X"energy supplier. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with "X"energy supplier by We have been the lowest price over our competitors for the last 2years..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Have 4 full time reps hitting their goals. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Acquire an office and manage two 6hrs shifts with10-20 reps per shift. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 50/week by end of sept 62/week within 6months 6 full time reps and office 12month goal
