We believe that we can compete effectively with Svr , A1 grading and others by providing more hands on and personal attention. We work closely with engineers and customers to complete needed results. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Build three crews around three key services . Landclearing and grading. Hard scape construction. Drainage solutions. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expanded by 2 additional crews Specializing even further per crew. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 10 commercial regular customers Obtain 10 regular residential contractor customers Obtains market share in local area for hard scape residential customers
