Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the PABX Supply & Maitenance market. We consider our key competitors to be: N-Telecom, Mustek, Multitech.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with N-Telecom, Mustek, Multitech. by We offer the client maintenance on hardware as well as the airtime for outgoing calls thereby managing all aspects of the client's communication network.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Exposé ourself more to the market and pitch to more clients than ever before by beefing up our sales force.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Improve our customer experience by focusing more on after sales service and turnaround times.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
