We have a number of competitors within the Indian cuisine restaurant & takeaway market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other restaurants in the area namely Black Forest, Villa Verde, Franco's Little Italy and Pikilia. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other restaurants in the area namely Black Forest, Villa Verde, Franco's Little Italy and Pikilia. by Unique food offering not offered within 100kms and not a franchised industry as yet in South Africa. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Improve systems and standards and work morale in staff. Also investigate a delivery service. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into 2 takeaway stores in Sasol and Vereeniging. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
