Overview
All Size Trade has a clear business objective to distribute clothing, shoes, bags & others products. These products will be developed with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire on a monthly basis a new and ongoing customers database process. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity that we are seeking to obtain. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with that acquisition.
The Customer
All Size Trade has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as a new business with no customers yet. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of small to plus size kids, teens, men and women.
The Value Proposition
All Size Trade is uniquely positioned to deliver value to small to plus size customers. "All Size Trade will Buy, Sell, Trade or Consign for all type size customers and provide a service that will produce and add at least 20 customers to our database daily." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, with over 20 years of being the customer, we have been studious and observant of the needs of a variety of people including our own personal experiences and observations. My company will serve all classifications and provide a service aiding customers economically. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the clothing, shoes, bags & others market. We consider our key competitors to be: Crossroads Trading Company and Buffalo Exchange which buy, sell, consign and trade merchandise for teens to adult sizes up to 14. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively. My company will buy, sell, consign and trade merchandise to all sizes and ages.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote my business and acquire used or unused clothing donators and acquire money investors. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy which is to find a location, purchase or rent a store front, to start out with volunteer employees such as family members and friends and advertisement. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launching All Size Trade, Obtaining 300 ongoing customers database and growth of revenue.
