"Mobile Massage & Fitness by April will provide massage and fitness services in the convenience of the client's home and/or office to alleviate pain due to even the slightest postural and/or muscular imbalances." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I have become educated and experienced in multiple massage techniques, personal training, dance, and music which allows me to provide services unique to each client's specific goals. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of my competitive advantage.
Competitors
I have a number of competitors within the massage, fitness, and natural beauty care market. I consider my key competitors to be local spas and fitness facilities. My understanding of these competitors has been used to refine my strategy and value proposition. I believe that I can compete effectively with these competitors by providing a unique body wellness plan for each client based on his/her goals in a convenient location of his/her choice.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to make community connections. This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy to launch a natural skin care and beauty product line. These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.
