Firebird education ltd has a clear business objective to promote Math tuition services. These services have been developed over 1 year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We provide lessons that are tailored to each individual or group with a strong emphasis on not just getting the correct answer but being able to understand why and how we got there. We believe that once you understand you are able to duplicate what you have learnt in a variety of settings. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Math tuition market. We consider our key competitors to be: Kumon. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Kumon by One to one tuition

We offer discounts on lessons for referrals .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Print out business cards, give out flyers, offer first lesson free, contact with my church. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Introduce more subjects, add more tutors, start having weekly group sessions. Half term and summer school. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Have 25 customers on the go Bring in £200 each week Employ 2-3 tutors
