Shasta Brewing Co.; as we grow and expand various regional and national breweries will move in as competitors of our brand. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mt. Shasta Brewing Co. by producing better beer, with better ingredients, a more cohesive brand and more aggressive marketing techniques.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to offer our beer to consumers on a limited basis and begin developing a creative brand. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to begin site planning for building a small brewing facility on property in Mt. Shasta, CA.
