02Gatos has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Design for fashion & home products and services. These products and services have been developed over 1 year and a half with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

02Gatos has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need to have unique and exclusive and really creative prints. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Luxury brands and people who looks to be different.
The Value Proposition
02Gatos is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Luxury brands and people who looks to be different. "02Gatos will develope Exclusive and creative designs with good price, ecofriendly and limited editions." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we create our Trend research because we have a big background in art, fashion and market research. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Design for fashion & home market. We consider our key competitors to be: Karolina York, Circleline, Nancy Parker, Hunt& Gather and Basso&Brooke. In product: Mary katranzou and Peter Piloto. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Karolina York, Circleline, nancy Parker, Caju collective, hunt& gather, Mary katranzou, Peter piloto by Color combination, flexibility, new techniques, artist as a art director, traveling, Brazilian soul.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch new scarves & bags
Search new clients
Move to nyc. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have a company manager
Launch new product. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
