Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Residential commercial cleaning market. We consider our key competitors to be: Merry maids, fantastic cleaners, maid 2 clean.

We are most similar to merry maids in that we are not an agency. All our staff are in house and have been fully vetted and trained by us. We are not a franchise which means are customers are not paying are huge over head costs. This keeps our prices at a competitive level but also allows to pay our staff well enough to appreciate their job and strive for higher positions.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Merry maids, fantastic cleaners, maid 2 clean.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create awareness of the company in a respective perimeter. Promoting a company that is trusted and reliable. This will be promoted by leaflet drops, social network campaigns, conversing with local business , vehicle advertising, advertising in local papers and magazines.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Investing into new equipment and vehicles. The companies growth will mean employing suitable and reliable staff who can represent the company to the high standards it sets for itself. Uniforms will be essential. Having the right identity is imperative to attracting clients. Trust is the key. We will also be looking to expand the perimeter as to which we are based. Making good connections with the local letting agencies is also a good avenue to break into. Rent is at an all time high and this means a massive turn around in people leaving and moving into new properties. End of tenancy cleans will provide a lot of business. Reaching out to communal areas where a lot of people congregate will also raise awareness of radiant rooms.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
