NFW has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Web & mobile optimization services. These services are being developed with a core focus on addressing key customer needs, problems and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue with a stable list of satisfied clients. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

The Customer

NFW has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as a need to have a professional looking web & mobile site. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Small business owners.

The Value Proposition

NFW is uniquely positioned to deliver value to small business owners. "NFW provides a service that accelerates and encourages consumers to contact your company." The way we deliver on this value proposition is by having the best software tools, talented developers, and, we can usually deliver a mobile site in 24 hrs. These capabilities form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the web & mobile optimization market. Most of them, however, do not want to be bothered with servicing small business owners. Our other advantage is that we can offer the lowest cost, by far, for equal or better end product. Our understanding of the competition has been used to refine our own strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively by filling a void and targeting small business owners. We are skilled, young and hungry looking to establish a solid client base, and we have almost no overhead.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to expand our customer base and increase sales. We will hire reps, network with local businesses, do in-person sales calls and cold calls. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to bring on more people to not only sell, but also develop & design web solutions. Then create/offer other web or digital services to help market and grow small businesses. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 18 months are: a.) Launch the new business, b.) Obtain 50 clients, & c.) Reach $100,000 in total revenue
