Heilani has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Cultural Education and Entertainment products and services. These products and services have been developed over 8 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are the most comprehensive Cultural Education and Entertainment group which has over 200+ students constantly training in preparation for becoming one of our 60+ Professional entertainers that are constantly training to be the best in our field with regards to cultural music, dance, fitness, costumes, education and entertainment. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promote, sell and acquire more regular high budget corporate entertainment shows. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Put on a big CultureFest Dance Competition where schools can win big money and we can make profit all while sharing, educating and raising the standard of cultural arts and entertainment! These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
