Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Maintenance services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jim's maintenance, keen as handyman, Gold Coast handyman. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jim's maintenance, keen as handyman, Gold Coast handyman because we have a fully qualified trade background in shopfitting with 16 years experience .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Market and promote Harrisons Maintenance Service. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to retain customers and produce one off furniture designs. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
