H & T Repairs has a clear business objective to produce electronic repair services. These services have been not yet been developed but will have a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of manufacturing companies.

H & T Repairs is uniquely positioned to deliver value to manufacturing companies. "H & T Repairs will provide a service that allows our customer to keep producing." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our service techs culture is to care about getting it right and we are up font honest with our customers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the repair electronic equipment market. We consider our key competitors to be: Paragon Technologies, Electrical South. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Paragon Technologies, Electrical South by our unique pricing model and genuine customer care.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to appoint Dave Halme as sales manager. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build a sales team force of 8 reps. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
