True Nature Travel is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the aforementioned nature lovers, families, business retreat seekers and practitioners of adventure sports. "Booking any of our tourism products will help us achieve our goal of restoring nature to its original state." In order to be able to deliver on this value proposition, we will combine a smart search engine with a smart booking engine. Customers will book a tour or accommodation directly at a local or national tour operator, tour guide or accommodation provider. We deliver a standardized platform, marketing, branding and user interface. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a unique travel platform setup unrivaled in the tourism sector because of the direct link with nature protection and the development of new wilderness reserves. We believe we present a unique platform and a unique way of leveraging revenue for a sustainable goal. Our understanding of our unique position has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively because our online travel platform uses a clever graphical interface, a multi searchable database and a booking engine with an easy to use and intuitive wizard guiding any visitor through the process of booking a tour, trip, service or accommodation.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to set up a Travel Platform with an online booking engine, selling nature based tourism services in the broadest sense. The idea is to leverage revenue to develop nature restoration projects and set up a sound economic foundation underneath wilderness areas. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to invest revenue coming from the sales of tourism services in developing more tourism opportunities and investing in developing wilderness areas. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
