We have a number of competitors within the General Contractor Services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Hill's Contractor Services. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Hill's Contractor Services. A Technology background that allows for me to supervise the install of all IT services order. As well as a background in Commerical and Home repair that allows for me to keep my employee overhead down..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be more aggressive in the marketing aspect to attract the exposure to bring in new customers while offering a great service experience . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy by Marketing our IT skills as well within in a year we would be able to merge into the Home Automation portion of the business.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Expand to Metro Area Target, Develop a Commerical Audience, as well as Networking to develop contracts in different markets out of State.
