This morning, London time, was one of the quietest in the stock indexes. The open in the DAX had a bit of beef that failed very fast. It then drifted downwards for the rest of the morning. Friday's failure of the ES at around the 1405.00 was fairly important and was a sign of weakness. I'm running several option strategies on the U.S. indices. Friday's ES weekly call options that I was short expired worthless and I intend entering some more RUT option butterflies that will benefit if the market now pulls back.
Today's Market Profile chart on the DAX shows this weakness. Price opened above value and then developed value inside yesterday's value area. Even on a day trade and on a quiet day like this, there is a way to trade to make money. Having different weapons in your arsenal to trade these markets in transition is important for maintaining CP.
As you can see on the chart, the width of the TPOs shows accepted value inside Friday's VA. Then it was only a matter of time for it to drop enough to make a profit, start scaling out and trail a stop on any balance.

Robin McKinley – The Writer’s Writer
A couple of weeks ago, I attended the Texas Library Association’s Annual Conference in Houston, where I got to spend two glorious days talking about books with librarians, industry folk, and my fellow authors.
And an interesting thing happened – in two completely separate conversations, with two different author friends of mine, a name came up that has long been near and dear to my heart. But it’s not a name I hear very often: Robin McKinley.
One of my author friends remarked that her favorite first line of a book was from Robin McKinley’s THE BLUE SWORD. (The line, in case you’re curious, is: “She scowled at her glass of orange juice.”).
A second author friend listed McKinley’s THE HERO AND THE CROWN as one of her favorite dragon books of all time.
My experience with Robin McKinley books began when I was in sixth grade, and my teacher assigned us THE BLUE SWORD. I was instantly in love with the book and with its heroine, Harry Crewe. It was one of those rare books where you discover something different every time you read it – and I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I lovingly reread it. It’s still one of those books that I pick up every now and then, just to remind myself that books, and the people who write them, are awesome.
But more than just being awesome, THE BLUE SWORD was one of the books that made me want to be a writer. I had fallen in love with books before then, but I had spent the majority of my time hoping I would grow up to be the book’s heroine. It wasn’t until Robin McKinley came along that I actually fell in love with the way that a book was written, and shyly wondered if I could possibly create something like that one day. (The other books that inspired my career choice were Tamora Pierce’s THE SONG OF THE LIONESS QUARTET books – they were assigned to me by that same sixth grade teacher. Man, did that woman know her YA lit!).
And judging by the comments by my fellow authors at TLA, I am not the only writer who has been inspired by Robin McKinley.
Why do I bring her up in this blog post? Well, I know how amazing it is to stumble upon a book you love, and then make the glorious discovery that the author has a huge list of books that have somehow escaped you, but which you will now proceed to devour. And just in case Robin McKinley has managed to allude you until now, you may want to pick up THE BLUE SWORD or THE HERO AND THE CROWN or CHALICE or any one of her seventeen amazing creations and give them a shot. Let’s see if the woman I now think of as “the writer’s writer” can inspire you too!

Wow what a week!
I've been busier than a one armed paper hanger this week and haven't been able to complete the two big articles I'm currently writing.... Anyone want to lend me an extra 8 hours to add to my days?
I'm working on several things, but suddenly is Saturday and I realize I haven't updated in a while. So I'm going to mash a whole lot of stuff in here right now, and hopefully I'll have time to elaborate on some of these topics very soon. Feel free to do some research on these topics while you wait though!
In short point form here are the big highlights for this week on the economic topic:
The entire article by American Kabuki can be found HERE
My friends, the world is about to change. Radically. You don't need to fear, you don't need to panic. You need to read and research, and be prepared. Be ready for the massive changes, be ready to help others- both in understanding what's going on, and helping your community by working together. This is not a time of division, it is a time of coming together.
United we stand, divided we.............
- The Global Revaluation of Currencies (including the IQD and Dong) is a done deal. All 3 letter agencies have signed off on it, all countries have signed off on it. It has been confirmed that it is now in the hands of the "banks". The Bank in control of "pushing the button" is said to be Wells Fargo. (interesting aside: it is strongly rumoured that a certain country has just purchased a substantial piece of WF..... *hint: what do bricks and chopsticks have in common?
- Everyone holding IQD and Dong better have their running shoes on and all their paperwork in order and be standing next to the starting blocks, because last night we were told "on your marks"
- Many many Prosperity Packages (PPs) have been launched and delivered (more details to follow later this week)
- The World Global Settlements (WGS) are being launched today. I do not have an exact amount, but last summer the number talked about was $47 trillion US dollars. After years of being blocked by government Cabal members and extremely crooked bankers (cough cough cough*dimon*cough cough cough), it is believed that it will finally be delivered imminently. Along with the WGS it is rumoured that the CMKX payouts will also be made- I do NOT have confirmation of this and to be honest, I'm not very familiar with the CMKX situation. Again, I will have more info about this hopefully later next week
- The launch of the new US Treasury Notes is rumoured to be happening very soon as well, but at this moment I have not receive any solid confirmation of time frame, just "soon"
- It has been strongly suggested that "Dinarians" diversify into strong currencies, such as the Canadian and Australian dollar, Chinese Yuan. Also to stay liquid and not have money tied into government or bank investments, and to stay away from gold bullion - but buying old silver and gold coins etc... is not a bad idea. I will have more info on this later this week
Rumours of more arrests this week, and they are starting to get seriously high profile. One of the most important arrests, as reported by the White Hats is that of Dr. Herzog, who is apparently singing like a canary and pointing very dirty fingers at Romney and Bush among others.
April 27, 2012 - The White Hats Report #40Dr. Michael Herzog Arrested By German Authorities – Has Great Voice, Sings Like A Pro.
THE PAST FOURTEEN DAYS
Please recall the winner-takes-all media confrontation between the White Hats Reports #35, #38 and #39 and a well known International Hedge Fund wherein Dr. Herzog tried to use a namesake as a front, hired some high priced legal muscle and used the well known fund to shield himself and his fraudulent activities for the beneficial interest of Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush.
Well ... two weeks ago, Dr. Michael Herzog was arrested in Germany following police raids on his home and the homes and offices of several of his criminal associates. As the circle widens, Dr. Herzog’s activities are creating major implications for all of the crooked political, banking and US Government parties that have assisted him. Herzog is now in deep, deep trouble and his associates will all follow in the same footsteps. How do we know this? We now know who they are from the reams of notes, transaction receipts, pay orders with instruction sets, and transcripts of Herzog and his associates illicit acts.
In addition, Dr. Herzog was detained for further questioning yesterday. The outcome? Dr. Herzog has a great voice and is singing like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Bush, Ackermann, Dewhurst, Romney plus hundreds of people in the world financial markets, at the highest levels, in the agencies, past Presidents and elected leaders of numerous countries, our American Congressman and Senators are all named. Yes, it has been a treasure trove of names, places and events, including orders for physical violence up to and including termination for those that did not cooperate in the methods of the Cabal. The Bird is out of the cage and the cats hate the harmonious singing.
As if all of the above wasn’t enough to swallow for one week, selective high level members of the House of Lords were informed last night that Josef Ackermann has been taken in for questioning on numerous issues instigated by Merkel, and that large scale operations are now planned with cross border cooperation, as the Cabal’s International Network gets publicly unraveled. Greenspan is now the subject of ever more allegations and inquiries. Tony Blair's Vatican accounts and his JP Morgan bagman role is now being assessed, as is his history of receiving Bush related funds. The net is now closing in on many of them.
Ackermann was sidestepped for a key Bilderberg role. Now serious criminal investigations will intensify the focus on both he and Deutsche Bank. The Berlin Federal Prosecutors Office is focused on the trail of crime linked to Herzog and the immense scale of US Political Racketeering and CIA collusion which is emerging.
Herzog’s Berlin Court arrest is filed under Charge Case No. 83 Js 960/06. His arrested associates to date are Josef Birch, Case No. 83 Js 792 /05, address given as 34/36 King Edward Street, Darlaston, West Midlands, UK and Heinz Bosche, Case No. 47 Js 127/06.
We have information and belief that Birch supplied a false address and believe this is a Joseph Birch from Cornwall. In fact, it is believed to be Sir Joseph Birch, a well known Bush crony and associate, which we are now tracking, to help German Police and have him deported back to Germany. If this is the Joseph Birch we believe it may be, he comes with a long history of fraud, litigation and Bush connections.
In other significant news, it has been learned that Sarkozy needs to assist in the release of the Global Settlements to save his Presidency. Merkel needs it to save the Euro and EU model. If the EU goes, Germany's industrial base will collapse.
We are continuing to unravel the web of criminal conspiracy of the international Cabal. Germany's arrest of Herzog and associates is a major first step as it will lead investigators to the central, prominent cabal members in Europe and America. We have named just the first few. We will continue naming names, especially of those in the US through a series of reports that will be released starting next week.

Enerchi of Ascension With Mother Earth is still compiling all of "Drakes" interviews, which can be accessed HERE. Lots of new info coming out all the time.
American Kabuki received this bit of interesting, yet unconfirmed intel:
This month will continue its course. It has been a murky and cloudy month. Tensions and efforts have been misdirected or muted. Energies have been haywire....this will continue for a few days into May.
May will be a defining time for the human race. There is a period of time that is Astronomically important...I mean that quite literally. From May 8th through May 20th there will be energies coming to us from many directions. But these energies are of positive sychronicity. We will have 12 days to prepare for what will be coming up. As a human race we will dive into very intense personal discussion on some very key topics. Events will be unfolding in such a manner that heartfelt discussion will be the only option.
In the upcoming weeks you will see a rapid transition of the economy. I think it might be frightful to many people, as change always is. There will be an immediate desire to accept the new changes by many as well. These are the ones who have ears....and listen.
******(side comment) American, in the upcoming month I feel it important to inform you that you must stay diligent and steadfast. It is going to get crazy. Keep your cool and wits about you. This is not only a month of change for the outward, but many conflicts in the realm of "GOD" will come into play. I use that term loosely. Basically the things that make "you"...."you" will be challenged. Keep rooted.
This is where everyone (including myself) can finally participate. I feel so hopeless at times to help the progression of what is coming. I am humbled often by the knowledge that while I am important..so is every other cog in this clock called Earth. I so very badly want to make public the things I know, but that is not my place. It is however my place to share with you what I can.
The American Dollar will end. I will not give a specific time or date. I have reason to suspect it will be this month. I cannot disclose how this will come about. Do know that it is very complicated and a work in progress. Luckily with the end goal of being rid of fiat dominance.....most everyone is on board. I have a feeling that this will soon be talked about very openly. The media will not truly know how to cover this time of news. Mainly because they haven't reported news for a while now. This is where you and many others come in.

Help Desk Hangouts: Getting to know Chromebooks
Editor’s note: Each week on the Google+ Your Business page, we’re putting you in touch with Googlers and users who can help you as a business owner get the most out of our products and features.
In our latest Help Desk Hangout On Air, we introduced you to Chromebooks — a fast, secure, netbook (did we mention fast?). During the hour-long Hangout, Google product specialists Adam Naor and Will Paulus walk us through the basics, and Chromebook user Eric Hunter shares his firsthand experience using it at his business. Miss the event? You can watch the whole thing on the Google Business YouTube channel. And, if you’re interested in learning more about Chromebooks, fill out this form to stay up to date on all the latest news and product announcements.
Check out the video description on the YouTube page for a minute-by-minute breakdown.
Some of the questions we answered during the Hangout:
I'm a big Word/Office suite user. How do I make the switch to a Chromebook? Can a Chromebook work with these files?
They can be viewed in Google Docs, or even converted to the Docs native format. Or, if you’d like to run Office on a Chromebook, you can do so through our Citrix Receiver App (and a Citrix server), or try on of the Chrome webstore Apps like InstallFree Nexus.
What's does Google’s support for Chromebooks look like?
If you are a business user, you have access to 24/7 email and phone support. If you’re a consumer user, you can contact a Chromebook ninja M - F between 5:30am - 7pm PST. Here’s some additional information.
What happens with a Chromebook when internet access is limited, slow, or spotty?
The moments when you’re offline are increasingly rare. But with Chromebooks, we wanted to ensure that you're constantly connected with WiFi or 3G. Chrome also supports HTML5 offline functionality that allows applications or websites that support these features to run offline. Hundreds of apps in the Chrome Web Store today work offline like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, NY Times, Kindle, NPR, Angry Birds and more.
Where can I get a Chromebook?
If you represent a Business, School, or Non-profit organization, please fill out the form here, and a member of our team will get in contact shortly. If you are a consumer, you can obtain one here.
How does a Chromebook work with Google Drive?
Google Drive is going to be a core part of the Chromebook experience. We're building it to work seamlessly with your file manager and it will be coming very soon.
Would you recommend ChromeBooks as a software development platform?
Definitely as they have a terminal shell built in.
Be sure to join us for next week’s Hangout at 11 a.m. PDT Wednesday May 2, when we discuss AdWords. We’ll be collecting your AdWords questions early next week on the Google+ Your Business page.

Why am I doing this?
Don't worry, this is not that post where I start asking existentialist questions. Instead, I ask what I should have asked when I started Seqonomicshalf a year ago: What is my motivation for writing this blog?
A few weeks ago, I had a conversation with someone working in public relations. He asked me exactly that question. I had not thought about it before, so I could not answer him adequately. He suggested that there are only two reasons why people in the life sciences blog: Either they want to become science journalists, or they enjoy the attention.
I am sure that I do not want to become a journalist of any kind, and I think I know better ways to attract attention than to blog about a subject as dry as the economics of DNA sequencing. So what drives me?
Recently, I read two books on motivation, one awfuland the other one pretty good. They got me thinking, and I now know that the ultimate reason why I write this blog is that I believe that there is a deficit in making science useful. Academia produces so many good ideas, yet so few make it out there and become genuinely useful to non-academics. I believe that the best way to change that is by commercialising those ideas. Despite having worked in management consulting for some time, I do not share the naïve cynicismof many of my academic colleagues concerning private business.
One of the things that need to happen for science to be commercialised is that ideas from the world of business and the world of science mix. That is what Seqonomics is about. There may be better ways to make science useful than to blog about it. But they take time, and until then, I'll keep writing.
Facebook in 5 Minutes - Go Viral
Today's Tip is centered on promoting your Facebook Business Page by creating posts that have the potential to 'go viral.' Social Media, especially Facebook, is like a party - you hear great gossip, interesting facts and funny stories. Think about the items that go "viral" on the internet and they fall into these categories. When creating content for your FanPage use these same ideas. Rotate the posts so that they are changing. Your goal is always to "Connect."

Why Do People 'Share'?
People share stories on Facebook for the same reasons they gossip and talk in real life. It may sound daunting to consider what makes people promote a story or post but here are some reasons people click that infamous 'share' button...
• It helps us connect - we are always looking to strengthen relationships with people.
• It's useful - we all love to share a good deal or insight.
• It starts a conversation - people like knowing how others feel or think about a complicated or controversial topic (it helps them decide how they feel).
• It strikes an emotional chord - if you feel something deeply, its hard not to talk about it.
• It helps define us - this is like broadcasting all the layers of our identity to find others like us.
• It's funny - who doesn't want to share a good laugh?
• It makes us look smart - who doesn't want to look smart? Provide a benefit and people will pass it on.
• It makes us feel part of something bigger - this is especially important for philanthropic groups and causes.
• It's Juicy - If the information is surprising, interesting and cool - it's too good not to share. Pay attention within your niche to unique stuff that is being shared and use it to great your own viral opportunity.
Time for Action
Check out your favorite forum for news, topics, videos, pictures and more and start a conversation on something going on right now. You may also want to subscribe to a blog or two to see what others are talking about. Share a post and then keep your ear to the ground for content that can help your posts go viral. This takes just a few minutes but it can improve your fan interaction tremendously.

Market Started Down But....
...the way was really up. The DAX reflected this opportunity. The trend turned up early and was easy to identify and trading the pullbacks was not difficult. Whether you trade trough to peak and reload, or you trade scaling out from time to time and holding runners until the trend ends, it did not matter. I'm more of a trough to peak guy who reloads, but read back in the blog if you want to see discussions about exits. These change of trend entries are golden.

Identity Status: Using Psychology in Writing
I'm fascinated by psychology and think my understanding of it helps me with character development. One thing I find intriguing is that many of my favorite writers have a background in this subject.
A few years ago, I took a course in developmental psychology. It introduced me to several theories about how the personality of an adolescent emerges. One I found particularly interesting was that of Canadian psychologist James Marcia, who says that there are four identity statuses. To understand these, you need a couple of definitions:
Crisis: The period of identity development when a person is choosing between various alternatives, trying on different skins.
Commitment: A personal investment made when an individual chooses what to do with his life.
The four identity statuses:
Identity diffusion: The state in which an adolescent has not yet experienced an identity crisis or demonstrated commitment. A sort of blissfully ignorant and unaware position that is the standard before the individual begins to examine his life and values.
Identity foreclosure: The state in which an adolescent has made a commitment without experiencing a crisis. Example: a person adopting his parent's religious beliefs without examining them for himself or questioning them in any way.
Identity moratorium: The state in which an adolescent is in crisis, but has not yet defined his commitment, or has defined it in only a vague way. Example: an individual who bounces from subject to subject in college, never deciding on a major, or continually changing her major.
Identity achievement: The state in which an adolescent has undergone crisis and made a commitment. Example: a person questioning the beliefs of the church he was raised in, exploring other religions, and deciding that he agrees with the values of his own faith after all.
I think limiting these statuses to teenagers is shortsighted. Many adults never go beyond identity foreclosure, while others are forever mired in identity moratorium. I also think you can have a crisis, make a commitment, then find yourself back in crisis.

Google Apps keeps music companies humming
(Cross-posted from the Official Google Enterprise blog.)
Music is a huge part of our culture at Google, and I’m really excited that the music festival season is just getting started. If you were at Coachella (which we livestreamed on YouTube this year) or have plans to go to go to another festival, you're probably just as excited.
Musicians, record labels, and music companies are using technology to do some amazing things, like producing on-stage holograms or experimenting with new online distribution models. It’s common for artists to launch their careers on YouTube, broadcast a performance on Google+ Hangouts, or connect with their fans using social media. But beyond the tech-coolness we hear a lot about, the music community is also taking advantage of technology behind the scenes - or rather, in the cloud - to develop their businesses.
I’m proud to say that some of today’s musical entrepreneurs are using Google Apps for Business. Whether it’s having the freedom to run a new indie record label, the flexibility to manage up-and-coming music artists on tour, or the ability to collaborate across the globe, Google Apps helps these teams focus on what they love the most - the music. We want to share three stories about awesome music companies using Google Apps to grow and evolve:
Music Clout is a startup formed by a group of guys with a die-hard passion for music. The idea is simple: create an online community that connects independent artists with music industry contacts and opportunities. They launched their company with Google Apps to make it easier to work together internally and with their team of contractors. Since their web development team works from Turkey, the combination of chat in Gmail and Hangouts allows them to instantly discuss website programming and other technicalities, while saving the team from high phone bills.

GHouse, a Boston-based record label, works with musicians from various genres, including electronic, reggae, rock, and country. Beginning as a side project by a college music student, it’s evolved into a full-time business. Initially, the team relied on a remote server and legacy software that were always stalling or crashing on them. They switched to Google Apps so that they could easily work together anytime, anywhere online, and on any device with Internet connectivity. With Google Docs, the team can easily share music tour dates and track all of their profits from the shows.
Founded in 2007, Fly South Music Group is an artist management firm out of Orlando, FL with satellite offices in Nashville and Los Angeles. The company set up Google Apps because it wanted a common platform for company email, calendars and documents that could be shared between all their clients, families, labels, tour managers and promotion coordinators. Today, it’s become essential to their workflow from scheduling to budget management with access to information from anywhere. This accessibility provides a whole new layer of transparency that keeps everyone in sync, especially while traveling around the world.
Google Apps has given these companies the built-in collaboration they need to communicate better, work smarter, and stay focused on bringing new talent and fresh ideas to the music industry.

That DAX..
...just keeps giving. I often think back about all the pain I had before I was able to trade the DAX profitably. It was the most difficult market I have traded except for the FTSE index on the LIFFE floor. That was a contract where I kept on giving until I left the floor. It trades well electronically, but I never mastered it on the floor. Today's day double topped against yesterday's high and then rotated downwards. I bought the lows as it was a neutral day and I believed that it would, at least try, to get back to the middle. "I love it when a plan comes together" as Hannibal used to say.

More Granularity
As the volatility changes and the volume drops, I change my bar size to see the order flow better. NOTHING else changes. I'm monitoring the trend of the one chart and trading the pullbacks. I use the CCIs and the EMAs to track these events.
Today's DAX open created an uptrend. The overnight ES showed that this would occur. The reaction of AAPL to its earnings report was mostly responsible as the market could have gone either way after yesterday's trade. I dropped my Renko to 3 with the wick so I could see the pullbacks better. I had targets from my Fav Fibs. The results are in the chart below.
The divergence indicated by the Orange lines was a pause in the move. Trend remained intact but alerted me to look for a solid re-entry which came later.

RULES OF CONTRACT INTERPRETATION
It's time we got back to the basics. Many, if not most, contract disputes involve questions of contract interpretation. Judge David James of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) recently has reminded us of these rules, citing precedent from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC). The language Judge James was asked to interpret is the following:
The following rules have been stated over and over again in CAFC and ASBCA opinions:
Keep these rules of contract interpretation close. They have been repeated over and over again by the judicial tribunals dealing with government contracts. Both sides to a contract interpretation dispute should be guided by these principles. Perhaps by paying more attention to the law announced by these tribunals, we can resolve more disputes short of full blown litigation.

This chart depicts by size what the Government anticipates ordering under the resultant contract. Each delivery order issued will stipulate exactly what sizes and quantifies the Government will require for delivery. The contractor argued that if the quantities ordered varied from what was anticipated, there would be an upward or downward price adjustment. Applying the rules of contract interpretation, Judge James disagreed with the contractor and held that the size tariff chart did not guarantee that the percentage of each size to be ordered would conform to the size tariff percentage for each such size. So what are the rules of interpretation he applied?
The following rules have been stated over and over again in CAFC and ASBCA opinions:
- "In resolving disputes involving contract interpretation, we begin by examining the plain language of the contract."
- We construe a contract "to effectuate its spirit and purpose giving reasonable meaning to all parts of the contract."
- The threshold question is whether the plain language of the contract "supports only one reading or supports more than one reading and is ambiguous."
- If a contract is susceptible of more than one reasonable interpretation, it is ambiguous. But both interpretations must fall within a "zone of reasonableness."
- In choosing between competing reasonable interpretations of an ambiguous contract provision, the general rule of contra proferentem requires the ambiguity to be resolved against the drafter
- An exception to the rule of contra proferentem arises when an ambiguity is to "patent and glaring" that it is unreasonable for a contractor not to discover it and inquire.

Waiting to Rejoin the Trend
Yesterday, the DAX finished with a change of trend to the upside. As I'm a day trader (and a very short term one at that), I couldn't carry a position over night. So when I woke up today, I checked the overnights and saw that the ES was finished. I then envisioned the possible (NOT probable) range for the day. The next step was to find entry levels where I could look for entries as the market unfolded. I used both the Market profile and my Renko charts.
The chart below is the result. There was another trend change during the day. Not hard to spot.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and...Re-think
(Cross-posted from the Official Google Enterprise blog.)
There are about 9,000 community curbside recycling programs and 3,000 community composting programs in the United States. I’ve been recycling since I moved to California in the 90's, and in the U.S. we’re lucky that many communities have recycling and composting services. But there’s still more to be done – we only recycle or compost 33% of the 243 million tons of trash generated each year.
I’m encouraged to hear about some of the cool ways that people and organizations are coming together to re-think how we can recycle, reduce, and reuse. In honor of Earth Day, we’d like to share the stories of three organizations that take recycling to the next level, using Google products to help.

Andrew Sell started out as a personal hunter/gatherer of “upcycled” products. There are a lot of companies that manufacture recycled products by recovering difficult-to-recycle materials from landfills and turning them into useful items, and the market continues to grow. Recognizing a need to connect the growing number of manufacturers with consumers, Andrew created an e-commerce website, HipCycle, almost a year ago in Ocean Township, New Jersey with the budget of a typical startup.
Andrew, or Chief Hipcycler, chose to manage his new company with Google Apps due to low costs, ease of set up, and the ability to provide custom email addresses @hipcycle.comto employees, contractors and bloggers. HipCycle also uses Google Docs to track order statistics and share them with manufacturers, Google Calendar to keep the social media team aligned on topics and timing, and Google+ Hangouts to communicate directly with customers. Google Analytics provides data on site traffic and activity.

Not far away in Brooklyn, New York, Eva Radke identified another opportunity to eliminate needless waste. Having spent 15 years working in film, Eva saw two trends: a growing amount of waste and a general desire for environmental responsibility in the industry. After film shoots, large, awkward items like furniture are brought to landfills and Eva became passionate about finding a better way to use the waste.
In 2008 Eva’s passion became a full-time non-profit organization that collects waste from the film industry and sells or donates the goods to students and partner charities. For example, a women’s shelter receives bedsheets and towels from Film Biz, allowing them to free up their non-profit dollars to spend on education and therapy for its residents. Eva says she doesn’t know where she’d be without Google Apps. Since day one, she’s been using Gmail to stay up-to-date while traveling and Calendar to schedule everything from set clean-outs to school trips to donation drop-offs. Google Docs allows her team to edit documents together and they rarely need to use paper, which helps them stay even more green.

As the name would indicate, Cell Again buys and sells used mobile phones. With the rapid proliferation of mobile devices - and trend of consumers purchasing new phones every couple of years - there’s a seemingly endless quantity of second-hand cell phones. Tucker Nielson wanted to keep these phones out of landfills so he started CellAgain with just a few employees in Salt Lake City. The company has been so successful that there are now eight stores and 87 employees, which he expects to double this year.
With rapid company expansion plus growing franchise and wholesale operations, Tucker says that Google Apps has been his savior in terms of staying organized. Tucker set up Google Apps for CellAgain.com on his own and uses Gmail to stay connected to his management team from his own cell phone. He also hosts nearly everything in Google Docs, including company manuals, shift schedules, timesheets, job descriptions and more. And Google AdWords helps CellAgain make sure that consumers looking for a refurbished cell phone can find their local franchise or kiosk.
Each of these companies help keep environmental impact low and Google is working to do its part as well. We’re a carbon neutral company, and Google Apps (and all the products in our cloud) have a "net zero" impact on the environment.
Happy Earth Day.

Cabal gold diggers are desperate: Ben Fulford
I look forward to Mondays and reading what Ben Fulford has to say for the week.
...This week was particularly good!
Awwwww..... the poor wittle cabalists are wunning around in circles looking for buried treasure so that they can afford to buy their wifypoo's more shiny baubles next Christmas!!!! Someone better tell Tiffanys to hire extra security because as soon as the wittle thieves get their asses handed to them in the Philippines, their gonna get even more desperate and have to stoop to knocking over jewellery stores for their gold lust fix. Wow. Seriously- yesterday they were the kings of the world, today they're running around a tropical island with shovels and pickaxes hoping they can figure out where the X is.
As usual Kauilapele has done an excellent job of summing up Ben Fulford's report for this week.
Benjamin Fulford 4-23-12…”Major confrontations in South China Sea as desperate cabal tries to steal Asian gold deposits”
Posted on April 23, 2012This Benjamin report seems to describe something like a world-scale soap opera being played out to it’s final act. I’m not going to say anything more about it. Just read on and, if you’re a cabal member, perhaps keep the Kleenex tissues handy.
Highlights
- Reports from Philippino tribes-people and the White Dragon Society members indicate a major military stand-off is taking place in the South China Sea and the Philippines over control of historical gold deposits in the region.
- The US warships are linked to a mysterious Hong Kong based individual by the name of “Rosenberg” (first name not known), the CIA sources say. Rosenberg is believed to be seeking physical gold to seize on behalf of the Nazi/Sabbatean cabalist owners of the Federal Reserve Board, these sources say.
- This dispute is linked to the failed IMF and World Bank meetings that took place in Washington D.C. last week. It is also linked to an ongoing power struggle between the three factions in China, multiple sources say.
- The US, or should we say, Nazi (national socialist Zionist) forces have been systematically searching bunkers and caves in the Philippines…
- …this battle by the cabalists to steal gold is actually a sign of desperation…
- This gold grab is seen by many as last minute looting by cabal members hoping they will still be able to control the world with gold even as their fiat financial rule collapses. That is not going to happen.
- This brings us to last week’s IMF and World Bank meetings in Washington. The Western propaganda media reports a “victory” by the IMF because it was able to get $430 billion worth of funding for Europe.
- However, a look at the fine print reveals the BRICs nations have made their funding conditional on reform of IMF voting rights.
- The European nations are willing to increase BRICs voting shares in the IMF but the US is blocking it… In any case, both the IMF and the World Bank are increasingly irrelevant.
- …the White Dragon Society is proposing the creation of a Long Term Infrastructure for Everybody (LIFE) planning agency with initial funding of $800 trillion.
- The current rules allow the Japanese to leverage their $8 trillion in hard foreign exchange assets 100 times, meaning 800 trillion dollars or over $100,000 each for every man woman and child on earth…
—————————————————————————
- The cabalists, for their part, have been making a desperate push to ensure their survival.
Major confrontations in South China Sea as desperate cabal tries to steal Asian gold depositsby Benjamin Fulford, April 23, 2012Reports from Philippino tribes-people and the White Dragon Society members indicate a major military stand-off is taking place in the South China Sea and the Philippines over control of historical gold deposits in the region. A fleet of 8 US war-ships is being confronted by a joint Chinese/Russian fleet in the region. The Chinese have publicly announced they are willing to go to war over this dispute. The US warships are linked to a mysterious Hong Kong based individual by the name of “Rosenberg” (first name not known), the CIA sources say. Rosenberg is believed to be seeking physical gold to seize on behalf of the Nazi/Sabbatean cabalist owners of the Federal Reserve Board, these sources say. In the Chinese government and Western corporate propaganda news this dispute is described as being a Chinese Philippine dispute over an area, blocked out on Google Earth, known as the Scarborough Shoal by the West and the Huangyan Islands by China.
This dispute is linked to the failed IMF and World Bank meetings that took place in Washington D.C. last week. It is also linked to an ongoing power struggle between the three factions in China, multiple sources say.
The US, or should we say, Nazi (national socialist Zionist) forces have been systematically searching bunkers and caves in the Philippines even as they look for sunken gold ships around the Huangyan Islands and in other areas, the sources say.
This is what an ASEAN White Dragon Society ally had to say to Neil Keenan on the subject:
Hello Neil. In PALAWAN, those that are LOCALs are now terrified, letters have gone to us all last week…Re – so CALLED “wardens” ( accredited officers _ who are US army “scouts” going round to do a census on all local residents and buildings, saying it’s for our own protection…this has never happened before, they are with sophisticated equipment…loading huge cargo like hanger CONTAINERs, all of army material !!!!!! they already have taken on 6 islands and are now off to JOLO ( SULU islands) due to IMF and Rebel tribe bandits.
There is definitely a WAR going to happen but what we are told is the ARMIES in / on the islands are for FUEL bases, ???? some of these ships are with FUEL/ something going on Neil it is same in Indonesia.
These reports come as Chinese and Russian fleets converge on the area for exercises that coincided with US announcements of joint Philippine/US maneuver in the same region.
Here is a US government propaganda report:
http://www.voanews.com/english/news/China-Sends-Second-Boat-to-Standoff-with-Philippines-148064665.htmlHere is what the Chinese foreign minister had to say on the subject during an April 16th press conference:
Q: The Philippine Foreign Ministry reportedly said that a Philippine ship conducting archaeological studies in waters off the Huangyan Island was harassed by the Chinese side. How do you respond to that?
A: Currently the situation over the Huangyan Island has been eased thanks to the efforts made, and China and the Philippines are making further communication through diplomatic channels. According to relevant international conventions and Chinese laws, no organization or individual shall conduct such activities without the permission of the Chinese Government. China demands this archaeological ship to leave the waters off the Huangyan Island immediately.
The “archaeological ship,” has so far failed to locate the gold deposits it arrived to search for, CIA sources say. In any case, this battle by the cabalists to steal gold is actually a sign of desperation after their failure, despite multiple attempts, to gain legal rights to the 85% of humanity’s gold held by Asians. This gold grab is seen by many as last minute looting by cabal members hoping they will still be able to control the world with gold even as their fiat financial rule collapses. That is not going to happen.
This brings us to last week’s IMF and World Bank meetings in Washington. The Western propaganda media reports a “victory” by the IMF because it was able to get $430 billion worth of funding for Europe. Japan’s slave government, for example, handed over $60 billion in cabal money originally earmarked for post-tsunami reconstruction.
However, a look at the fine print reveals the BRICs nations have made their funding conditional on reform of IMF voting rights. As Brazil’s Finance Minister pointed out, at present the UK, which has a smaller economy than Brazil, has twice the IMF voting rights as Brazil.
The European nations are willing to increase BRICs voting shares in the IMF but the US is blocking it because it would then have to give up control of the World Bank. Certainly the European bond markets were not fooled by the announcements coming out of this meeting because Spanish bond yields actually rose after it.
In any case, both the IMF and the World Bank are increasingly irrelevant.
Think about it for a minute, the IMF, the so-called lender of last resort in the post war era, the group that once “bailed out” Russia, is running around with a begging bowl make it obvious to all this institution is no longer at the top of the international financial food chain.
The World Bank, for its part, lent out only $42 billion in new money in 2011, compared to a world GDP of roughly $75 trillion. They are a puny organization.
By contrast, the White Dragon Society is proposing the creation of a Long Term Infrastructure for Everybody (LIFE) planning agency with initial funding of $800 trillion. Of course at this level, numbers are meaningless.
The current rules allow the Japanese to leverage their $8 trillion in hard foreign exchange assets 100 times, meaning 800 trillion dollars or over $100,000 each for every man woman and child on earth (as a Japanese reader pointed out, I miscalculated in previous reports by saying that was available on 10 times leverage).
Even if you take the more conservative Basel 3 rules with over 10 times leverage, Japan can still legally make $10,000 available for every human, still plenty enough to end poverty and stop environmental destruction.
If this money is delivered in the form of things that really exist, such as roads, schools, nature preserves, consumer products etc., then there is no limit to how much new money is created other than reality.
Needless to say China, ASEAN, Brazil, Russia etc. can all make similar moves in harmony and parallel with Japanese efforts.
The cabalists, for their part, have been making a desperate push to ensure their survival. They have blocked all efforts to create new organizations such as LIFE within the existing US dollar and Euro based systems even as they refuse fundamental reform of their organizations such as the BIS, the UN, the World Bank, the IMF, the “World Court,” etc.
They also made a big push in China to convince leaders like Hu Jintao the White Dragon Society is a neo-colonialist organization controlled by the Rothschild family. The WDS has no Rothschild family members in its ranks and does not receive a penny from the Rothschilds or other cabal families like the Rockefellers and Bushes. It is dedicated to ending their terrorist misrule of the planet.
