Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Electronic Cigarettes market. We consider our key competitors to be: local cigarette and convenient stores . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with local cigarette and convenient stores by offering local smokers the freedom to have the same enjoyment they once had with regular cigarettes, such as after diner in a restaurant. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open multiple stores in different local cities and towns. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand those stores into larger stores with a wider range of products. . Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
