Business Reviver has a clear business objective to develop SME's and under performing teams and businesses. These services have been developed over 6mths with a core focus on addressing the key customer problems and associated opportunities.

This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Business market. We consider our key competitors to be: Banks, other consultancy firms, and online freelance pools . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Banks, and other consultancy firms. Being a Small business we operate on a close 1 to 1 bassis to ensure all projects succeed .
