Links Brazilian Jiujitsu has a clear business objective to develop martial arts skills products and services.

Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we the unique thing about Links is that along with teaching Brazilian Jiujitsu we also teach Nogi, wrestling, Judo, Sambo And grappling. Anything that gives us an edge on the mat we learn, practice, perfect and teach it.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the martial arts skills market. We consider our key competitors to be: Punishment training center, Reign training center, Gracie Barra jiujitsu, CSW. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The way we teach all our forms and ways of grappling and the threaded way we link the styles. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to We will bring in new customers by word of mouth, people telling others about there experience training here and how we teach them. Explaining to others the benefits of learning our art, the way our trainers interact with them. How we take time to talk to each student on a personal basis, even though classes are run in a group setting. How our prices are affordable
And negonegotiable. Also that they get a price reduction on their contract for bringing a friend.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to We'll keep doing the same except this time we will give them the price reduction and along with that we'll throw in $100 in equipment for the gym .

These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
