Let the record show that I AM a self-proclaimed seeker of Truth. I desire for Absolute Truth to be known, not only for myself but for ALL. The backbone of Truth is Transparency. You can't have one without the other. The old adage, "for it is the TRUTH that will set us FREE," is more relevant now than ever.

One of the main reasons I started this blog was so I could have a forum to share what I know and have learned along the way, with ANYONE who is willing to listen. My hope is that readers walk away informed, inspired and empowered. Everything I post will be published with those three pillars weaved into the fabric of all the material.

For those of you who have been following my work for a while, you're already familiar with the interview  I did with a guy named Poof around October of 2012. This was actually a consultation, as I paid $50 for the service, which bought me an hour of talk time. Beforehand, I decided to record the call so that I could play back anything I may have missed to jog my memory.

All of the details of this story can be found on American Kabuki, here. 

For the sake of context, I will share a brief synopsis. 

After one of the most exciting calls I've EVER had, I realized there could be great value in releasing the content to the public. The sole objective being to provide hope and excitement for those who had been following the unfolding story. 

Within a few hours of the call, American Kabuki emailed Poof, informed him the call had been recorded and asked if it could be released on his blog. The reply was that the intel was for too sensitive at the time and the directive was to hold off for now, which we did. 

As an un-experienced journalist, I didn't see the harm in recording for personal use. Something I would steer clear from now. However, I have no regrets as it would later be discovered it served a much higher purpose.

Almost two months went by before Poof gave us the green light to release the call. The result was the video going viral on YouTube, receiving almost 8,000 views in less than four hours. It seemed Poof's intel was in very high demand. 

That's when the email came. It was from Poof, saying we made some folks in Hong Kong very unhappy with the release of the video and it needed to be pulled, or things could get ugly. Suffice it to say, we pulled the video immediately. 

Then, on December 26th, 2012, we received the following email from a woman named Heather Ann Tucci Jarraf ;)

Perhaps the attachments will shine some context on the "past" situation regarding Hong Kong's "order" and the "pulled" interview by the being known as "Poof".  Your energy on that matter served to protect the highest good of alll...whether you knew it doesn't matter, however, I return the energy by way of transparency...the major piece that made them nervous was the disclosure/admission of the timing the "money" China had printed and sent over to (former) US.  They used our presence, the foreclosure, and the inspection of gold holdings at BIS on October 22-24, 2012, to pressure the western half of the families (yes, they are all "related") to submit to unlawful and illegal deals to keep the Agenda alive by "shuffling the cards" to the purported Old Man's side of the family. 

It was actually General Wong...Wong Shui Lung, and other "interested parties" that were having "a moment" :)  General Wong is the former head of all Chinese Intel and when I met him last, he was number 3 in China, only under the Prime Minister...sitting under the Old Man's nephew... The attached Paradigm Report sheds a little more light on that "relationship" and maybe others.

So, why am I posting all of this today? Because in honor of Absolute Transparency, the time has come to release the data that was shared, once again. After all, it served a very good purpose the first time around. At the end of the day, it does not deserve to be suppressed.

However, this time, to honor Poof's desire to have his voice kept private, I am sharing the transcript only, as opposed to the audio YouTube link. 

Some people may not agree with my decision to release this and that's ok. Poof was never the one to tell us to pull it in the first place, it was this General Wong guy, who as far as I know, is no longer an issue. Considering this "interview" was actually a "consultation," which I bought and paid for, it makes the content my own to share if I so please. Sharing the transcript is akin to releasing copious notes, except there's no way I could type this fast! 

I hold the utmost respect and appreciation for Poof and his long tenure of committed work to this cause. I personally believe he has nothing but the best of intentions and I hope that one day soon the need won't exist for his weekly updates. 

I will say, after re-reading this, I don't think the "guys in the rafters" have as much pull as they have led him to believe they have. As in all things, they hold one piece to the puzzle, but NOT the entire thing. Other than this "opinion" feel free to share thoughts in the comments below, as I would be happy to share more of what I DO know. 

My views and opinions have changed much since this was released. I have learned a great deal along this journey and it has been one heck of a roller coaster ride! I hold a space of Absolute Gratitude for every moment of it. I'm happy to share this information, once again, to honor my commitment to total Transparency.

Casper's Response to Keenan Sept 25

As I have said before, I disagree with many things that Casper has said recently.  One of the reasons is that I disagree with his slant or interpretation of events that have or are happening.  But I will say that in this update I do agree with him on a several points.  I am trying to discern who wrote the introductory paragraph to this report as it also highlights several things that are very important to consider, in my opinion.

I think that much of the confusion and arguments that have been generated between Keenan and several others is due to one major issue of contention.  As is said below in the introduction, I think that Neil believes that the Global Collateral Accounts are the be all and end all and that therefore only he is responsible for them and therefore for the economic salvation of the world.  

In previous articles I have said that Keenan and I disagree about the World Global Settlements.  Our disagreement stems from the fact that Neil does not believe that the WGS has been released, whereas I have lost count of the number of sources that have verified not only their existence, but the fact that the money is now in the US, has been released, and is now being sent out world wide. 

A brief note on gathering intel:  Whenever there is a false story or disinfo being spread- regardless of where it is generated from- there is ALWAYS a whistleblower. There have been several of such instances where 3 letter agencies have deliberately spread out a story to throw people off the scent of what's really going on (especially in the world of the "RV"), and each and every time there has always been at least a few people who have come forward and said "No, that's not true, that's not what is/has happened".  When the intel about the details and release of the World Global Settlements  began flowing in, we received verification from dozens of sources- from all areas of government, agencies, foreign embassies and governments, and financial institutions.  We did not receive a single whisper from any source to indicate that this was not in reality happening. This doesn't happen.  There is always a whistleblower. Add to this, the many different sources bringing info with regards to the Prosperity Packages and the Global Currency Revaluation...

...hence the fact that I am certain that the World Global Settlements are a fact and the money is being released. 

Chapter Two of the Leo Wanta Biography is being launched today (which I will post links to in a short while).  I have not had a chance to read it yet, but I've been given a heads up that it will answer some of the questions as to where the original money given to Wanta, by Reagan, actually came from.  This information should clear up at least some of the disputes.

Beyond the World Global Settlements, the Wanta funds, and the Global Accounts, there is still the St. Germaine Trust out there.  The WGS, Wanta funds (we think), and the SGT, are not part of the Global Accounts, and therefore are not within the scope of Neil's responsibility nor his prime focus.  Therein lies the conflicting opinions, information and the arguments.

Casper is correct: his business is not Keenan's business and his sources are not Neil's sources. Just as my sources are not Casper or Keenan's sources.

Going back to a conversation I had with Enerchi, from Ascension with Earth:  If we could get all these people with vital information together- like Casper, Keenan, Drake, Fulford, Hinkle, Wilcock, Poof, Heneghan, and several others- and get them all to the table to openly discuss what they know... I think that the Master Puzzle would come into sharper focus and the lines that divide each section would blur out, leaving a much clearer picture of the whole.

...BUT.......

....Could it be that the reason there IS so much conflict is that those conducting the orchestra are deliberately keeping these people divided?  Over the course of the past few weeks I have come to think that this might be exactly the case.  If you think about it, in the last month or so, several people have done a flipflop in their prime focus and suddenly taken a different path.  Might this be because those who are in control of the changes that are currently happening across our planet are manipulating the situation to control the release of the new system?  Perhaps doing this by distracting one of those people who has been leading the charge of informing the public so that they do not leak vital info on the timing of the event? Timing IS everything after all is said and done.

Regardless, it's time to bury the hatchet. We are all working on the same puzzle and it's about time that everyone acknowledges that.

Casper Response to Keenan 9-25-12

DISCERNMENT ADVISED

THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST AS IT WILL SURELY PISS OFF DRAKE AND THOSE THAT ONLY BELIEVE IN WHAT HE SAYS PLUS HIS CLOSE ASSOCIATION WITH NEIL KEENAN AS DRAKE BELIEVES IN EVERY WORD NEIL SAYS. I have said the same thing before that Neil has a God Complex believing that no money can come to the people but by him. I have said Neil does NOT control ALL the money and assests in the world. The funds to do Ambassador Leo Wanta's task assigned by Regan came from the Treasury. He used these funds to trade in the Ruble which brought down the USSR and ended the Cold War. This created the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterand Protocols. Therfore, since the money came from the Treasury that which was gained from the trades belong to the people of the United States, and not Neil Keenan and the Collateral Accounts. This is the same way that George Soros has made his money. Wanta's funds were to benefit the United States with taxes and high speed rail. Soros uses his funds to subvert governments including our by buying votes, controlling the elections by owning the company that counts the votes, supporting ACORN and very left wing blogs, radio programs, TV, and other media resources not to mention his own aggrandizement. As you read Casper's response, the group that sent packages to the governors was RUSA and Tim Turner, not Casper.

CASPER UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 - In Response to Neil Keenan Good Morning All: This is the ‘infamous’ casper here with a brief reply to this morning’s Neil Keenan reply to our update of 9-20-12.

First Friends, lets recall why Casper brought the unrelated subject of Keenan and his business into a Casper update on the 20th. It is because he stated many things in writing on the internet one of which was that the programs will never pay. He inserted himself into "our business", a business unrelated to his own, one which he has nothing to do with and obviously knows nothing about other than what he has been mislead to believe by his new friends at the OITC and/or Global Accounts who have been saying from the beginning of time that they own every dime that exists upon this planet including any funds which might be claimed or owed to program participants. You will recall that WE "fought" publically with "Whistleblower/ Obama" for a year or two about this before other battles apparently drew their attention away from their skirmishes with us. Now comes Keenan singing the same very old song and in the employ of those who are attempting to claim all funds for themselves.

WE know a great deal more about Keenan and his employers than we reported. What we know, or think we know, comes from sources around the world and not from our personal involvement with the Wanta Funds, the 120 nations, or the White Hats as charged by Keenan in his overnight update. WE never discuss the Global Accounts, the OITC, the WGS, or even the Wanta Funds except perhaps in a passing remark or unless, as in this case, someone like Whistleblower or Keenan issues highly disturbing and false remarks about "our business", then we bite back saying he/they are wrong, do not know what they are talking about, and should tend to their own knitting which is not going nearly well enough for them to mess around in things that are none of their business. Based on our Intel Keenan will not be able to re-file his lawsuit. Furthermore, we hear, some of his "employers" are reconsidering their "arrangements".

It would be very easy to take Keenan’s overnight update apart line by line pointing out all the factually incorrect statements because there are so many. But why bother? Those who have read and retained the Intel provided in our updates are able to recognize his mis-statements or deceptions as the case may be. WE have never been involved with any u-tube presentation for example, nor had even the remotest thing to do with the 120 or so nations, or any reporting on that subject. Is Keenan lazy, mis-informed or deceitful. You decide. He goes on to say, "It is the Global Accounts Casper is speaking of, not the Wanta funds." No I did not, I made no mention of the Global Accounts in our update. Then he goes on to say, “Hey Casper, aren’t you the guys who had the packages going out to the Governors a year or so ago”? Well, no Neil, WE are not. As a matter of fact Neil, there is virtually nothing in your update addressing our group which is correct but a laundry list of things said which are incorrect. Are you too lazy to actually read what we say or do you need a new assistant who can read? You seem to believe that the accounts you are chasing contain or should contain, all the money in the world. Has it occurred to you that there are funds in this world you are not involved with?

Keenan then mentions many things having to do with "his business" which are no doubt of ongoing interest to everyone but which are not specifically related to our business regardless of what he might think. There is ample derision, confusion, and conflicts of interest currently going on in your world Mr. Neil, so perhaps you would find it more profitable to be looking over your own shoulder rather than issuing unsolicited, emotionally distressing remarks about "our business" which is no concern of yours.

*POOF* and then the changes come

 I have been following Poof for a long long time.  Today's message took me by surprise: It is the most straight forward uncryptic post he's ever made.  

Listen up everyone and take notice of today.... because today just might be the day that the world changes.  We won't hear loud claps of thunder and there might not trumpets blowing, but I think that many many people will wake up tomorrow and they might just feel a little bit better.  More energized, happier.... excited even.

Poof is right. There is a wonderful woman who has worked very hard to make this happen.  She might be small in stature, but when she speaks people take note, and when she says "Do it", people will follow orders.

The world owes a huge debt of thanks to the people that worked together to force these changes down the throats of the belligerent pompous asses that thought they could steal the world. Don't be surprised when you find out that you've been saved from the abyss by someone so un-American.

 No need to feed into all this hair on fire stuff, the folks in the rafters created the smoothest transition into the new system, possible. The Matrix locked in absolutely last sat night, some insiders still don't know how it works yet, as evidenced by a few trying to steal recently audited and fully collateral backed account of a vip. Within secs the insiders were nailed and jailed, never to see the light of day anytime soon. This is the same back up to every receiver's account, so no need for concern. Some hacker was trying to steal names out of the data base.....he is now in an undisclosed location. This is what the man was talking about on squawk box the other morning. 'Putting the old system in a coma'. See it's coming out now, a new system of finances is taking over. The poor bankers are getting the orders, mess around at your own peril. Wahhh, it's really over. As they say in the southland, they just didn't believe fat meat's greasy'. Oh well. Adults are not keep repeating themselves over and over. Don't know how many congress members  will be returning from their vacations. The proper authorities, have already been called and are on 'alert'. Don't worry about a thing. You will be advised, don't get 'creative', not necessary.

Update: August 4th 2012

A brief review of this week.  Very brief, because much of what happened this week can't be openly written about...YET.  I'm going to be a bit cryptic here because I have to.


Huge things happened last week, momentous things. While the worlds attention was on the Olympics and the media's supposed "news", meetings were taking place all over the world. 


Here's a hint about two of the big announcements this week:  Did you really think that the  Federal Reserve was going to announce QE3?  In order to print money, you need printing presses and various other pieces of vital stuff, you know, like paper.  Did you really think the ECB would make some sort of ground breaking announcement along the same lines?  They might be able to print their funny money, but no one one will accept it as real currency.


While the world focused on the empty rhetoric of the Fed and ECB etc... far more important and historic events happened.  If you read Poof, he gave a bit of a hint last sunday in his weekly update: 

Not much I will say, in a public forum. Work is done and it’s all over but the shouting. The skies have been rumbling and the weather forecasts rain on all the crops. A harvest for the world, as it were. Reagan’s appointee can finally take a much needed vacation from the labors and I can go sit my butt on a nice beach and drink umbrella drinks…and never speak of this change over again. It’ll make into the history books, called, “After the World moved On” or “Before the World moved On”…depending on your taste. Leading up to it is recent article that lets you see, the secret’s put. Now the real work begins.

Sign, Sealed, and Delivered.


Vast sums of money being transferred all over the world. Some of which went to the US to support the global currency revaluation and the RV of the IQD/VND. Prosperity Packages are done, sitting and ready to go. Some smaller PP's were delivered a little over two weeks ago, in what I believe was a dry run: testing the system and security for the large packages.  Those awaiting delivery of the packages have been on hold all week, waiting for updates on their delivery.  Told Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday.... Today...


They are all waiting on one thing: the RV.  It all goes together.  With part one and part two done, we wait on part three...


Bank screens were far more exciting to watch than the Olympics this week.


We are still minute to minute.  Screens are being watched all over the world. 


Many people are watching for news of mass arrests, asses rooted in their couch cushions whining about the fact that no one is doing their job right. Cry me a river.  Get off your couch, stop watching the circus in London, stop listening to CNN ranting about Obama vs Romney and their never ending soap opera of bull shit lies and misdirection.

... and all those Politicians, and mega businessmen, and banksters that thought they could sneak into Reno and double and triple dip?  Well I guess you should of read the fine print on that document you signed.  Don't be surprised when you get a knock on the door and you're escorted to your new home.  Oh and Thank you for that generous contribution to your country!!


The world is waking up to the fact that the entire world is corrupt beyond measure.  Politics, religion, business, global finance... nothing remains unscathed.  But if you think you can back seat drive from the comfort of your own couch, you'd be wrong.  Everyone needs to do their part, according to their own abilities and circumstances.


The Big Question is:  What are YOU doing?
