Dear Brian, "D" and Heather,

 

     I emailed you earlier, Brian that Cody found out today that he was to "pack his belongings" because he is to be moved from his current facility here in Houston to his intended (according to "them") destination.  We were all praying that he would get to come home from his 'temporary' Houston location.  His family was able to see him for 3 hours at a time and since he had been behind glass for 9 months previously, this was Heaven for all of us.  We were able to hug and kiss him hello and goodbye.

 

     He does NOT have ONE family member outside of the state of Texas and ALL of his immediate family members, including his precious little 9 year old son and 13 year old daughter live right here.  He feels they are 'punishing' him for filing the Courtesy Notices and sending him to another state, where it will be so tough on his family, nearly impossible for them to see him.  They don't care one whit about human life - that we have absolutely found out since dealing with this beyond corrupt "System".

 

     I just received a message from him, that I can promise from my heart, was written strictly for ME, but I could NOT help but share it with your wonderful readers because it shows what an incredible MAN my brother, Patrick Cody Morgan is.  I hope your readers will get down on their knees tonight and pray that he stays protected, continues to bless lives as his has been blessed, even with his kidnapping, illegal arrest, lie after lie trumped up indictment, bogus trial and subsequent sentencing and incarceration.

 

     I read about a man who murdered his wife, cut her up, boiled her body and buried her bones and he only received 15 years, yet here is an INNOCENT man that ticked off the "wrong" idiots and received 27 years for something he NEVER did and there is NO ONE who will enforce his paperwork because if they do it exposes every treasonous act and felony committed against him.  Yet, he still prays for those same people every night and lives, joyfully, from day to day, knowing that there is a plan and a purpose for all of this.  He is certainly a better person than I am.  I 'shutter' to think of what will happen to ALL of those involved and I would not want to be them because of what they have done to so many people.

     Today has been very surreal.  I have had too many people to count come up to me and say "I don't want you to leave".  One was crying.  I realized how many people have come to depend on my hope.  With every new article you send, it gives these inmates one more thing to believe in.  Some have never seen this information in their lives.  Some just need to be loved.  But in any case, I realized that I had given these men the highest honor a man could give another man, the Holy Spirit. 

 

     Whatever happens I will remember this time and know that freedom is the blessing that God bestowed on all humanity and no one has the right to take it away.

We have been following the story of Patrick Cody Morgan for a few weeks now. Patrick is currently behind bars for crimes he did not commit. The only thing he is guilty of it is standing up against the system and fighting for what he believed in.

I had to write to you of what happened to me this morning.  After breakfast, I was standing outside my cell door waiting for the day room to open.  A black gentlemen from Nigeria began to speak to me.  At first I could barely understand him.  He asked me why I was not following the instruction of my upbringing.  I asked him what he meant.  He said you were baptised as a child, why do you not listen to God?  I asked him why he said that.  He said you have filed paperwork in your case?  I told him I filed my own paperwork and I began to explain to him how I was fighting a fraudulent system from without the system and that I couldn't step into their fraudulent system and expect a remedy.  He then told me that God sent him to tell me that my paperwork is being blessed by the Father.  He told me I needed faith and that God asked him to show me His faith.  He told me that my paperwork was not meant for just me but for hundreds of thousands of people, but it needed my faith to be catalyst.  He told me to be at Bible study at 9:00am. 

At 9:00am I was at Bible study.  I listened to this man of God talk for more than 1 hour about Grace.  Tears began to well up in my eyes, for I knew God was with me at this moment.  He explained to the rest of the group how my stance against the government was being blessed by God and that my paperwork was being blessed by God.  He went on to tell the group that God was not working on the Judge's heart or the Prosecutor's heart, but on the hearts of those above and around them.  That I was imprisoned to learn to trust God's Grace and to learn total faith.  He then went on to say that my family would see me victorious in this situation and would see me as a leader.  I was expected to lead many people but I needed to go through this situation to learn to trust him in all areas of my life.

As we spoke about Proverbs and Psalms, he told me the story of David and Goliath.  He said David went to he battle to further his own glory, but when he saw the giant, he had to humble himself and step back and let God take the battle.  He told me God said it was time for me to step back and let God take over the battle for me.  His grace would be placed on my paperwork and hearts and minds will start to change.  I am to use this time to learn how to listen to the Holy Spirit and use his guidance.  He said I have world knowledge, but now I needed spiritual knowledge. 

I can tell you I have never experienced anything like this.  He told me he had been tuning into my dreams for the last few days and that I was not listening to what God was trying to tell me.  I told him I had been very down the last few days.  He told me that is why I couldn't hear God.  He said God does not understand depression or anxiety.  It is not part of his creation.  That to hear God I needed to rise up and accept my place as a Child of God and then he would make me a Servant of God.  He said not everyone is meant to hear the word, but I could if I would stay in the light of the Holy Spirit and not get down when things don't go as I expect.  He said the Father is handing my case a special way so that it will be a testament to many that God lives and has never left us during this time of oppression.  He said he wants me to only speak the truth, do not give in, and my words will be heard by all the world.

I have spent the last 2 hours meeting with Anthony Bonojo.  He is the prophet who approached me.  My head is still spinning.    God is going to bestow so many blessings on us that are to be used in His name.  Anthony is such a true prophet.  He wants nothing for his knowledge, but he gets many blessings from other inmates in this place. 

Anthony is an innocent man.  His wife and 3 daughters are living in Lake Olympia.  A prisoner who met Anthony in here has been helping them with food and utilities.  That is the man they wanted Anthony to lie about.  He refused and has been here 28 months with no trial.  His oldest daughter was accepted to Hoffstra and BYU, but because they have no money, she is attending Sam Houston State on scholarship.  I told Anthony I would put his information on the Internet for all to see, and let God direct those people to his family.

If anyone is reading this on the Internet, please contact Anthony's wife and help her and her 4 daughters, including the one enrolled in college.  Just send 5 dollars each.  If everyone who read this just sent 5 dollars, they would never have to worry about money again. Stacy showed them how to set up a Paypal acct.  The email is:  mr.bonojo@gmail.com  It's time for all us to begin to start helping the widows, divorcees and orphans.  God wants us to accept responsibility for each other.  When that begins to happen, this planet will change overnight.  We are One and what is done to the least of us is done to the rest of us.  Not one of us can be left behind.  Start in your community and help the hungry and impoverished.  It's time we all wake up and quit listening to the elitists tell us we need a new car every year.

His house is facing foreclosure and his wife is working part-time.  His girls are all gifted in Academics.  This man is a true prophet of God.  He told me things about my life that only I could possibly know.  He told me God wants me to start controlling my thoughts and anytime I have doubt, to immediately dismiss it.  Anytime I have a negative thought, to immediately dismiss it.  He said I was blessed before with a lot of money, but I didn't use it wisely and in his name.  But God knows my heart has compassion for all mankind and he wants to be able to use me to help people with the prosperity he bestows upon me. 

Anthony told me he was with me the night I was sentenced.  Though I wouldn't cry, Anthony said God heard my heart crying out and wanted me to know that he was with me the whole time.  He never left me.  He told me that I have to control my anger.  God wants me to bless those who are evil, not show anger.  He said I need to allow the peace of the Holy Spirit to come upon me and not give into the ego.  He said when I see evil, just bless it and move on.  He said I need to instantly change the channel when I see something on TV that depicts pornography or killing.  Never let evil enter into my consciousness. 

I cried with joy when Anthony told me that God is going to show me and world that he can change any situation.  That I would learn what Grace is and begin to accept his Grace in my life continuously.  My lesson is about Grace. 

I wish I had a tape recorder and could tape this man.  He is profound.  He lives in the Holy Spirit and transfers that life directly to me.  He told me to never let anything come out of my mouth that is evil.  Only good should pass from my lips.  Words are very powerful and when matched with belief, can move mountains.  I believe Anthony was put here to meet me.  I know it now.

I know I am rambling but my mind is racing right now from all the energy that is coming to me from the Holy Spirit.  I just feel so blessed to have been given a second chance at life and this time around I am going to be working for the real MAN!

To all OPPT Members,

Today's message is about hope.  Over the last ten months I have been blessed to have a loving Wife and Sister who continuously send me inspirational updates from authors all over the world.  Some are bloggers, some are writers and some are actual prophets.  But in the end, I realized today how blessed I have been to have access to people who love me enough to keep my Spirit up and feed me words of inspiration.  My new spiritual mentor, Anthony, preached this morning how the Bible states that each one of us is a minister, and we are expected to uplift others Spirit with God's Word.  It had never occurred to me before today that other inmates don't have access to information outside of the Bible and books that are inspired by the Bible.  The OPPT Mission and UCC Filings are enough to uplift anyone's Spirit that is looking for inspiration and hope. 

Yesterday, Stacy sent me two articles that prophecised the coming Golden Age/Ascension.  I allowed my roommate to read both articles, and soon he had showed it to three other inmates.  Today inmates were coming up to me and asking if I had any other articles about the coming Ascension.  I had to start going backwards in my emails and printing off past articles that Stacy had sent me.  It has been food for the soul for these inmates.  The one thing this current system takes from every man is hope.  From the initial arrest, everyone is told it's impossible to win against the government, so you better take a plea.  Then everyone is told Fed time is 5 times longer than State time.  For those who choose to go to trial, the time is 15 times longer than State time.  So hope is a commodity in this system. 

Stacy's friend said in a letter to me that hope is God's way of communicating with us.  So I would like to say thank you to Heather, D and Brian and all the OPPT members for communicating for God.  Your words are heard and spreading through the hearts of inmates at the Federal Detention Center in Downtown Houston.  Even with limited resources to inmates, God's word reaches every heart that longs for it.

I remember this case very well as I was asked to help pull together supporting documents for the case.  I had a *thud* moment when I realized that the judge in Cody's case was the same as in this court case. 

Good evening all OPPT Members,

 

I trust everyone is doing well and pushing the OPPT Agenda to as many outlets as possible across the world.  Today is Sunday and the weather has been Heavenly here in Houston.  Though I am unable to go outside, the sun is able to come through an open area above the recreation yard, so I was able to stand with my face in the sun.  Wow!  Some of the things we take for granted when we are free to go outside on our own, but I am blessed that I can now do that at least a little.  In the 23 hour lockdown I was in previously THAT was, definitely something to look forward to.  Also, the food was ATROCIOUS!  Better here for sure.

 

There are a few things on my mind that I wanted get across to anyone who believes in the OPPT Agenda and the importance of individual sovereignty.  Since my incarceration, I have been able to document countless Human Rights, Bill of Rights and Due Process violations that are being perpertrated by the Federal System.  Having fought the system from the outside for so long, I had no idea what it would entail fighting the system from the inside.  Things I took for granted such as Microsoft Word, Email and Internet Access are not readily available in the system.  Without these simple items, the ability to defend one's self against the government is nearly impossible.  But thanks to friends and family, I was able to file documents that hindered the government and established facts in the case that as of today, are still unrefutted.

 

The hopelessness in this place does not stem so much from the facility itself, but from the cutoff of the most basic legal rescources that any individual wanting to help in his own defense would need to make a dent against a behemoth like the United States government.  To be totally dependant on an Attorney is one thing, but to know that same Attorney is working for the government is devastating.  I spent several hours today helping an inmate prepare a Motion for Ineffective Counsel on a electronic typewriter that was sitting next to a Dell computer with no Microsoft Office or Word Processing capabilities.  What normally would take me about 15 mins, took more than 2 hours to prepare.  Of course this is done intentionally so inmates will not circumvent the Public Defender or attempt to represent themselves.  The inmate went on to explain how his Attorney wouldn't even take the time to go by a Pawn Shop and pick up a Federal Application for the Purchase of a Firearm to ascertain whether the document contained language that could exonerate this inmate.  Keep in mind, these Public Defenders get paid good money, upwards of $10,000 per case, but do little or nothing except plead Defendants out to the charges.  In several cases I helped detainees with, I saw first hand how Attorney's were working with the government to keep detainees from bonding out of jail.  In probably more than 200 inmates I have spoken with about their case, I can only remember 2 that actually got bond.  And in every case the government classified the detainee as a flight risk.  I met one Chinese American Citizen who had more than a million dollars in commercial real estate, a wife, 2 daughters and was facing less than 18 months, and he was classified as a flight risk.  Give me a break!  The Judges, Prosecutors and Attorneys are working together to keep detainees incarcerated while awaiting trial, and cutting off all access to legal resources.  It's down right despicable!

 

I am writing a book called "Shooting Fish in a Barrell" (How the United States declared war on it's Citizens).  I plan on exposing the systematic violations of basic Due Process rights.  In my case, I entered facts in evidence proving Title 18 was never passed by Congress.  For God's sake, it's part of the Congressional Record!  They never responded to one of my points at law.  This proves they are no longer operating under the Constitution, and as such, Americans can be declared enemy combatants or domestic terrorists and rounded up with no Due Process Rights including the right to Habeas Corpus.  God willing it never happens, but what could stop them?  I have learned first hand that it's impossible to have a Federal Judge removed from the bench.  The Judge in my case, Lynn Nettleton Hughes is an admitted racist and bigot (made front page of Houston Chronicle and evening news), but unless Congress passes a law to impeach Federal Judges, there is nothing the American people can do.  One inmate confided in me that Hughes told him and his co-defendants, "Now the Prosecution is going to parade young white women in front of the jury, you black defendants have no chance, so you better go ahead a plead out". 

 

Of the whole ten months I was incarcerated at Joe Corley detention center, the worst case I witnessed was an immigrant from Cuba that spoke no English.  He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.  I worked on this case.  The man was asked to meet some people at a location to do a job.  He drove there and told them he did not want to participate and left.  One of the people at the scene was an undercover agent.  They later arrested him on conspiracy.  He told me the jury in his case came back with a not guilty, but the Judge over ruled them because he said the prosecution had proven their case.  He got 16 years!  No robbery was ever committed, it was a staged robbery!  

 

The system has become an abomination.  It is ruining people's lives and families.  Don't get me wrong, there are criminals in prison.  But there are thousands of people who should not be here.  I hope OPPT can really make a difference.  Something needs to change before more innocent Americans are incarcerated.

Dear Heather, D. and Brian,

 

Greetings from the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  I can't tell you how blessed I feel to be included in the OPPT movement.  For years I have been passionate about uncovering the fraud and corruption in government.  I have given thousands of hours of my time to my fellow countrymen under attack from out own government.  I was there when Lynne Meredith and Irwin Schiff were tried in that Kangaroo court and sent to Federal Prison.  Thanks to the advent of the Internet and the boom in communication technology, we were able to get a movement started that has been the catalyst for OPPT and NESARA. 

 

Over the last few years I have concentrated my efforts in working with individuals who were unschooled in the law who were under seizure by the IRS, Banks or Tax Assessor Collectors.  My wins are too countless to document, but apparantly I became a target of the US Government some time around 2011. 

 

In 2006 I befriended an 83 year old businessman named Bill Flanigan.

 

Bill was referred to me through a mutual acquaintance.  Bill had a judgment against the Union Workers of Pemex totaling 802 million at the time.  For years he had been trying to collect on it but the courts kept thwarting his efforts.  I agreed to help Bill and had Bill assign the judgment to the Internal Revenue Service as pre-payment of tax.  Everything was going smoothly until Bill contacted the IRS and they said they had no record of the return.  After exhausting every thwarting effort including meetings with Senator Hatch, Governor Bangerter and Sheila Jackson Lee, Bill was told to his face by the IRS that he would never get paid on his judgment.  Six months later, Bill Flanigan was killed while driving to meet a group of investors.

 

I believe I was targeted because I chose to help Bill Flanigan get his judgment paid.  Bill's case reads like a John Grisham novel.  I believe Bill's tax return was stolen.  But without the ability to subpoena IRS tax records for Bill, I could never prove it. 

 

Heather and Dee, I believe big changes are coming to this planet in the next few years.  I have to believe that people like Bill Flanigan did not die in vain.  Bill was the quenticential gentleman and scholar.  He was an exceptional businessman and believed every deal should be fair for all parties and not entered into.  Bill was cheated and stolen from.  What was done to him was despicable.

 

I myself have been lied to, deprived of every due process and unalienable right afforded man.  The system has become corrupt beyond repair, and the only way to save the system is to let it crash.  That appears to be the direction we are heading.  Thanks to your efforts and other organizations like NESARA, we can strive to regain individual freedoms for our children and their children.  I have one adopted daughter and one biological son.  I have raised a God Child and taken in a 6 month old baby that was related to my wife's mother.  I have tried to give more than I received from this planet.  I'm not perfect by any means, but I am not the person the government and the media claim I am. 

 

I hope one day we can meet soon and chuckle about how bad things used to be.  Until then, I am firmly committed to the furtherance of individual freedom and prosperity, without little or no government intervention. However that unfolds is in the hands of my Creator.

This is email that I received from Stacy,  Patrick Cody Morgan's sister who has been keeping us updated on Cody's illegal incarceration.

Yesterday, in a travesty of justice, Cody was sentenced to 27 years in prison for a crime he DID NOT COMMIT!!!!  The Pope, Queen and others got 25 years for GENOCIDE!!!  What is wrong with this picture??  My family is devastated - they do not know about you, WONDERFUL people.  They don't have the hope that I do that this wrong will be righted. 

Cody is on his way to a FEDERAL facilitytoday, where, we have no idea.  I hope and pray we hear from him soon.  We will get the transcript in a day or so of yesterday's proceedings.  They kept cutting off his mike and we know the recording, so we don't know if EVERYTHING that was said by either the judge or Cody is completely on the transcript.  Cody was so elequent and the judge was flustered because Cody called him on so many things.

Previously, in his trial, he would not even sit in the Defendant's chair as he said, he was not consenting to being the defendant, as they had NO jurisdiction over a "living man".  He never really defended himself at trial.  When the judge mentioned this, yesterday, Cody said, "I was NOT going to defend myself against fabricated fraud and lies.  That was what the jury was presiding over.  I let my paperwork stand as my defense.  I filed my Affidavit of Facts and backed it up with a Bond.  YOU have NEVER refuted ONE of my facts, you were defaulted out and you, still have never rebutted anything.  I find that very curious."

I KNOW the judge was VERY suprised that Cody was so elequent and KNEW what he was talking about and countered the judge at every turn with correct information, but the judge "glossed" over EVERYTHING.  Much of that info we know the other attorney's had no idea what they were talking about.  They know about procedure, not law and not about what you and I now know and about what Heather uncovered.  These judges are "schooled" in it all and how to deal with people like Cody.  They just railroad them and try to make them out to be those "crazy sovereigns".

Some of it was actually funny and I wonder if the judge just made it up as he went along - he said, according to jurisdiction, that when he woke up every morning he "poked" himself and there was his jurisdiction - ???  He also said that he ran an Article III court - only one in America is in New York - Court of International Trade, which Cody filed his case.  (We don't know if they took it on because they said they had to see if THEY had jurisdiction).  Cody said, on the record - that is a lie!

Cody made his points and when asked by the judge if he had anything else to say before his sentencing, Cody turned to the courtroom and told EVERYONE that he was NOT acquiescing to ANY of the proceedings and would NOT plead to something that he HAD NOT DONE!!  He called the judge's court a KANGAROO court several times.  He accepted for value everything they threw at him, for the record, several times, including his sentence.

It was so horrible to feel so helpless to not be able to help this incredible man.  I PROMISE I'm not saying that as his sister, but when you meet him you'll know what I mean.  YES!!!! He will be an incredible force to have to help with paperwork, etc... for your organization.  He understands this probably as close as Heather does. 

I don't know what the next step is to get this overturned and those responsible BEHIND BARS for all of this, but I would PRAY that all of you help us.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have already shared with your readers and their help with their letters.

Judge Hughes, the “cat is out of the bag”.  There is no going back to the old paradigm of debt slavery system of fraud and deceit.  You now have no immunity or corporate protection, no doubt will lose your bond, and carry full personal liability in this matter.   Being a Public Servant, you are now personally at huge risk of losing everything you own.   As of early December 2012 there is no legal and lawful court.  Essentially, you are standing naked before the People of the World, and the World is watching what you do. (UCC 1-103.  Refer :  WA DC UCC Ref Doc #2012113593) The Light of thousands upon thousands of Be’ings is being cast onto the wrongs you are committing.  Choose wisely for the sake of Mr. Morgan, also for yourself, and for all the others who have been wrongfully incarcerated.   I ask you to search your eternal heart and find the true free will choice of correct action to take for the good of all, as I have in this matter.

What is the status of Cody Morgan? Is he being illegally detained and harrassed in dishonor? Are you holding Dishonor in your court with full personal liability?
 
If you are being intimidated, please state your case. If you are acting in dishonor of your free will, I beseech you to reconsider. If you are willfully holding a dishonorable court and proceedings, I encourage your clarity on the consequences.
