KNOW THAT YOU KNOW, AND YOU WILL KNOW!

SOURCE OF EVERYTHING

In the beginning was God, nothing else was, only God. So all that there is had to come from God, is of God. There was nothing with which God made everything from except Himself. So everything IS the expression of God. God expresses everything from Himself since He is the only source of everything . Everything IS GOD being expressed in different form.

This is the greatest TRUTH! This is what we need to remember (re-member). We knew this truth and deep inside we KNOW this truth. This is what Jesus meant when He said "you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free". Sometime back we decided to forget and experience our creation of separation when in truth we can never separate from the only source. All we could do is create the appearance of separation, the illusion of separation. So here we are living our lives not knowing who we are and what we have created. We have been trapped in our own creation of separation thinking there is nothing we can do to change it. Since we are God expressing in the form of a human, we also have the power of creation. You see it's not really you or me that is creating it is God expressing and experiencing His own creation. You and I are individualized centers in God Consciousness with all the power of God to express however we choose. Learning through experiencing is the way we have chosen to express. Our quest has been to express, experience and remember (re-member).

Know that you know..............and you will know, it will return, you will remember who you are and why you chose to come here and express and experience your expression.

HOW THE SOURCE WORKS

 Source works through the principle of WORD. God said, thought and acted and it was so. Every thought is a seed that is creative. The universe is mental, everything exist within the mind of God. There is only one mind and that is the mind of God. You and I use the same mind that's why we can communicate. If you had your mind and I had my mind we couldn't understand. Every single word we think is powerful! (Jesus taught more about our belief system than anything else. Many times He said "according to your belief", or "be it unto you even as you have believed". He fully understood the power of belief. What we believe governs our creation. Beliefs are ways of thinking, patterns, a thought we keep thinking about. Much of our belief system has been spoon feed to us, we have not spent much time creating our own personal beliefs, based on our own understanding). It's been said everyone has between 50-60,000 thoughts a day. Each of these thoughts are powerful seeds. When many thoughts are of like kind that kind is created. Once we understand the powerful concept of Word we will guard our words more closely. Now we can begin to see why things happen the way they do and we can stop wondering why. We know why!

All of these 50-60,000 thoughts we have had have attracted together and created. Don Miguel Ruiz in the Four Agreements talks about "the impeccability of our word". Once 51% of our thoughts are of a positive nature, the creation will be positive but the opposite is also true. We have been so long in the illusion that it is a challenge to guard our thoughts properly. 50-60,000 thoughts are a lot to keep track of. The Abraham-Hicks teachings talk about our Emotional Guidance System. Our emotions can show us how we are thinking at each moment. The guidance system works like this. You know when you are having a great day and everything is going great, you are "feeling" great. When you "Feel" bad you know something is up, you are "feeling" bad...it has been a thought that created how you feel. It’s been said our emotions were created to show us how we are doing, directing us and if we listen to them we can make corrections along the way. We can think better thoughts and change how we "feel". So we have extra help to fine tune our thinking, our creating. With practice we can design our lives more to our liking.

IT'S ALL ENERGY AND CONSCIOUSNESS

Thoughts go into the mind, the universe, the energy and as more like thoughts gather together those thoughts materialize. In our world everyone’s thoughts gather together and we see its manifestation. Only you can create your individual world, but you can be influenced by others and think their thoughts and create based on those thoughts. (accepting others beliefs). There are many in this world who know these principles and use them to manipulate others, to create their desire to control others and use power over them. Remember NO ONE can invade your space without your permission. It seems like they can but they can not...some how or way we give them permission through thoughts or actions. Some would use fear (false evidence appearing real) as a means of control. We just need to Re-member who we are and we can then "free" ourselves from our own false creation. In the creation process thoughts go into the energy and the energy uses the Law of Attraction to add more thoughts to those thoughts and that idea begins to form, (thought form). Energy uses information to create form. The mind of God is consciousness and energy. Every thought is like a snow flake, individual and unique, no two alike. Each thought has its own individual vibration. For example, love vibrates differently then fear and we can physiologically "feel" the difference. As we think more loving thoughts, loving situations are formed. As we think more fear based thoughts, more fear based situations appear. We are Energy being expressed in form. It's much like the movie Avatar. We are individualized centers in God Consciousness connected to five sensors in the body (sight, smell, taste, touch hearing). We give information to the body and arms move, breathing takes place and thousands of other functions take place. We are not the body because the body is just a bunch of vibrating atoms. We are the Consciousness directing the atoms that form the body. Remember all there is, is God, Consciousness and Energy. There really are no solids, they appear as solids because of the sensors we are connected to...but there is no solid!

 Everything is energy being expressed through vibration. When we look at something the vibration of the light goes into the eyes and sends an electric signal to the brain. The brain interprets in a way we can understand, it appears as a solid. Now something else is also happening. As we are looking at something, in the back of our minds we are also Aware that we are in the act of looking. There is the awareness and the act of looking, both are happening at the same time. If we can deeply understand that we are consciousness having a physical experience then we can begin to direct our creations more to our liking and not “feel” that we are victims.

 Here's how I see the universe, creation. The universe is full so it does not collapse. There is no empty space. Again it appears empty when we look at it but it can not be or it would collapse. Energy with no form is resting, silent, but has the potential to form into anything based on the information given to it. It's much like a stem cell. Dr. Bruce Lipton a cellular biologist since the 60's found that identical stem cells would form differently based on the environment it was given. One cell would form lung tissue and another a toe based on the environment (information) it was given. Identical cells with two different outcomes.  Each cell has the possibility to become anything...pure potentiality as Dr. Depok Chopra says.

Another example is creating a new life. It starts with a single cell and divides, one becomes two, two become four, four become eight and it keeps multiplying. The same identical cell has the potential to become every organ in the body. Remember in the creation process everything starts with one cell. It is the same cell duplicating itself yet in turns into all sorts of different organs in the finished body. (It is interesting that once the cell growth has reached 512 cells it forms the basis of the heart. The heart is the first organ to grow. You might find this interesting that the next organ to form is the tongue after the heart). Remember that each cell is identical and has the potential to become what ever information it is given. This is how all creation works. Each cell of God, so to speak, has the potential to form anything based on the information given to it. Creation is pure possibility. Everything and anything is possible since it is ALL mental.

 When our arm moves we would say the arm is moving through the space but it is not. What is actually happening is, since the universe is full, the essence of the arm fills the space in the next spot. It could be like; what appears as all space is tiny balls of pure energy filling the space. As the arm signals to move, the next tiny ball of energy fills with the essence of the arm. Remember all there is, is energy no solids. Each tiny ball of energy transforms into the information of the arm and it appears to move through space. Since the universe is full there is no space only the transformation of energy.

WE ARE POWERFUL CO-CREATORS WITH GOD

When we look at this world and everything in it, we know everything is made of vibrating energy in the form of atoms. Each atom receives information and vibrates at a particular frequency forming that information. Each atom has subatomic parts, the proton, neutron and electron. The neutron and proton form the center and the electron orbits the center. It appears that the electron spins around the nucleus but again it does not. The essence of the electron fills the next space then the next and the next etc. Just like the tiny balls of energy being filled as the arm moves. To give us perspective of size, if the nucleus was the size of a basket ball, the electron would be stretched out 25 miles in its orbit. We would say the proton, neutron and electron are part of the mass we believe to be solid the part we see. However they are photonic, light, vibrating energy and not solids. When we look at the total space that the atom occupies, the mass, the part we see, represents only 1/10th of 1% of the overall 25 mile orbit of the electron. That means we only see 1/10th of 1% of everything we look at. 99.99% we do not see. There is a lot of information and action taking place in the 99.99% that we never see.

We don't have to understand all the creation processes because it is already designed to work. The principle of Word knows its function and Source Energy knows its. All we need to know is that our every thought (consciously or unconsciously) is acted upon and the Law of Attraction builds upon all thoughts. Our Emotional Guidance System helps us to be aware of what thoughts we are thinking, (by how we feel) so we can correct as needed. We are here to relearn the process of creating and to realize who we are...Remember, all there is, is God and Him expressing Himself as you and me and everything else. All there is proceeded from God because God is the only Source of All. God creates by becoming the thing created.

Here is what our TRUE nature is. As God Beings expressing, we are LIFE, LOVE, INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, CREATIVITY, BEAUTY, PEACE AND JOY.  We are full of LIFE, able to give and receive LIFE. LIFE expresses in the form of LOVE. In LOVE, we are all KNOWING, INTELLIGENCE which leads to WISDOM. We always KNOW, there is nothing outside our understanding, because we are WISDOM.  We are continually CREATING through the principle of Word. The creation process works perfect. This leads to BEAUTY, creating BEAUTY leads to PEACE. PEACE IS OUR ESSENCE and because we are PEACE there is ONLY JOY! 

If our creation is not to our liking, we can always change it!  We are POWERFUL CO-CREATORS WITH GOD, creating within the Mind of God (whether conscious of it or not). At anytime we can change, re-member with who we really are. The world that we see with our sensors is only temporary, changing moment by moment and all happening within the Mind of God. So, there is no reason to get all excited about what we have created, for it is only for a moment. Time as we know it, is only for us to experience our creations now. There is no need to worry or be ashamed or sorry because everything is Mental and designed in LOVE for us to learn and experience the art of CREATION. We are Centers in God Consciousness. It was our Idea to create this way of experiencing our own creation, by becoming the thing created. We have learned what we came to learn. NOW let us consciously co-create, on purpose, LIFE, LOVE, INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, BEAUTY, PEACE AND JOY! Our TRUE nature.

An Open Letter to All People Who are on the Governement Payroll

This includes, but is not limited to, all public servants, all elected officials, all military, all police, all welfare, medicaid, medicare, foodstamp and social security recipients.... any person who receives regular income, of any kind, from any level of (foreclosed) government/corporation, in any region of the world, any (foreclosed) government/corporation paid shills or trolls, or any person, anywhere, who has been coerced by any (foreclosed) government/corporation, to take up arms or perform any action against We The People.

I affirm and intend, ALL become aware of what I am about to say. I send these words out, on the ethers, and direct them, with intention, into the mass consciousness and into the Eternal Hearts of ALL.

I know, right now, some of you may really feel as if you will not be able to survive, without the pay you receive from the (foreclosed) government/ corporation. In many cases, that pay is a pittance that barely covers your basic necessities and yet you fear not having it and you allow that fear to trap you within an illusion that you may easily and immediately step out of, should you choose. 

I write to you today because it is my feeling that those of you who are on "the payroll" will be the first asked/ordered to betray your family and friends, for a measly government pittance. They will attempt to control you with threats of cutting you off. I say "Let them cut you off!  You'll do far better when they are out of the way. Faith and unity will carry us through while we shake them off. We must learn to depend on each other... to co-operate and share.... to barter and trade, amongst ourselves. We need to keep our money away from them. If we keep our money we keep our energy. They cannot survive without our energy. I know I am being repetitive. I write often of this exact point but it cannot be stressed enough.

MONEY = ENERGY to the forces that were.

OUR ENERGY!

They take, without giving anything in return and, in so doing, have created an imbalance in our world. It is time to restore the balance.

I want to remind you all that WE ARE ALL ONE. We are ALL created by the same CREATOR and we have all been enslaved by a sneaky dark force. We are ALL in the same boat here and as long as we understand this and unite to change it we can be free of it, once and for all!

Once our oppressors are moved out of the way, we have access to unfathomable riches and treasures. It is time NOW for us to reclaim our personal power, freedom and all the stolen resources, on behalf of ALL THAT IS.

When you understand the true value, of the riches they have stolen from us, you will know how laughable it is that any one of us should ever have gone without the full fulfillment or every one of our most grand desires. It is nothing short of the most heinous crime that there are people dying of starvation, illness and exposure. It is time to put a stop to it!

It is our birthright , our honor and our privilege, to be responsible stewards to this planet and everything upon, within and around Her. Her most valuable resources have been stolen and hoarded away from us and used to control us. Amongst those resources is the most important one of all. Our own energy. The ENERGY OF ONENESS.

oooooooooo.... the chill I get sometimes when I refer to ONENESS.

Please be aware, our negative, fear-based reaction to that word is part of the programming, put upon all of us, by the forces that were. It is time to sort that out within ourselves, because it is a huge and unnecessary stumbling block.

In this dualistic paradigm, the forces that were would, naturally, have to have their own version of the oneness concept. There have to be opposing interpretations. This idea of oneness is imprinted on the soul of every being. And, as with all things, we have a free will choice as to how we interpret it and act upon our interpretation.

There is a "service to self" version and a "service to others" version.

The service to self version is chosen by people who wish to force others to submit to their will. It is a paradigm of world dominance.... complete control of all life. That version is where the few rule over the many. This is the paradigm we've been living in.

The service to others paradigm promotes, free will, abundance and equality for ALL. It's kinda a no-brainer to me but we all have a free-will choice to make. The most important thing is that we make one and that it be an ABSOLUTELY informed one.

There is the ONE which FREES us and the one which enslaves us. Which do you choose?

For me the choice is obvious and simple!

If we wish to be free, we must NOW pull our energetic resources together for the HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL!

I really hope we can stop it with the senseless bickering! I'm referring to the issues between the trusts. Why squabble over the details and the differences of how we choose to get to a peaceful, abundant reality. The way I see it, there are several different trusts out there which have been struggling for decades, or maybe even centuries, to actually get their hands on the promised treasures. The OPPT gives us the opportunity to work together on behalf of THE WHOLE to see all of the trusts turn fluid and become tangible reality.

Energy is being wasted on senseless "My way is better than yours." arguments. We are on the same team. We are all in this together, WE ARE ONE! Once we move the forces that were, out of our way, we all may have our every wish fullfilled, as long as we DO NO HARM!

I have one last point to make. I feel that it is almost laughable that I need to point this out and yet indications are that there are some who are resistant to "getting" it.

Let's talk about the wild, wacky and far out theory that the OPPT is just another slavery system.

How exactly is it that anyone could ever enslave us again, now that we know that there is no force or presence in existence, which can interject itself between us and our Creator?

THE OPPT, UCC filings have destroyed every entity which previously interjected itself between we and our Creator. That means that all loopholes, allowing any kind of human slavery, have just been clamped, airtight, closed!

I know how difficult it must be, for those of you who are just being made aware of the extent of the atrocities perpetrated against us. I have had the luxury of waking up to all of this, slowly, over more than a decade, and I have been fortunate to have taken a relaxed pace through the grieving process these realizations set off within me. Those of you awakening right now are probably feeling far more rushed. It may be very difficult for you to relax and have faith. I sense the urgency and confusion and despair in the air, just as I know you all do and I offer my assistance, in any way I might be needed.

If you need someone to talk you down or to hash out questions with, I will do my best to contribute helpful answers and if I don't have them I'll find someone who does. Research is a fun hobby for me so asking me to find an answer is no imposition.

WE CAN DO THIS!

WE CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THIS TRANSITION WITH THE SAME PEACE THAT WILL BE THE FOUNDATION UPON WHICH WE BUILD OUR NEW REALITY!

I JUST KNOW IT!

A Conversation with a Friend and a Message in a Bottle

Over the course of a couple of days I had a great conversation with a friend on skype.  Howard's words were so perfect in the moment that he gave them to me that I knew they needed to be shared with everyone.




Howard King:  I love your article about "I Love You" It reminds me of what I call

"The Lens of the Absolute"

We are all The Absolute, with a lens having the ability to zoom in or out. That ability to zoom in or out, also called Attention, is actually the most powerful tool we have in BEing able to direct our Attention wherever we want.

Zoomed out as the Absolute, we experience nothing but the Oneness, Space, Stillness, Love, Peace and Joy that we are. 

As we zoom in, we are able to see and feel the I AM PRESENCE which is a subtle increase of identification as a unique eternal heart.

Zoom further in, we are able to see, feel and identify with the manifest reality of body/mind and the separation that goes with that. At this level of zoom, are not able to see the truth of us BEing the Absolute. We have been conditioned to THINK that this is all we are, a body/mind.

Waking up to the truth and remembering what we are, is as easy as inquiring within with a very simple question:

Who AM I?

Any answer that come in response, is only what the mind Thinks I AM and is not the Truth. I am not my name. I am not my gender. I am not my religion. I am not my job title. I am not my family title. I am not anything I can perceive.

For any answer that comes in response, ask a more subtle and direct question:

What sees or notices this thought, feeling or experience?

Persist with that question and our attention will come back to the Absolute that we are.

From there we can just "Remain as the Self" and BE. This is Freedom

Howard King: Yes, because of the conditioning we all have, we forget that the zoom/attention can go either in to The Absolute or out to manifest body/mind reality. It's our choice.

Howard King: I am seeing a CVAC with this process of helping people to remember. I think I can set up a conference call or radio call to do this process with others live.  We do have a lot of people to wake up, don't we?

 Howard King: This addition came to me this morning...  Why do we want to remain as The Self?  Because that is what we are, The Absolute.  When we remain as The Self, the mind is in its proper role as a servant, not a master. We are working from the Heart.

From the position of BEing The Self, the universe takes care of us. We can BE and allow everything to JUST BE as it is, without judgement; no duality, just Oneness.

As we zoom in to identify as the body/mind, we have to take care of the body/mind because the mind thinks it is the master and has to figure everything out and strategize and make things happen. (which it fails miserably most of the time) From the position of the body/mind, we are overwhelmed with duality, separation, judgement.

What needs to be known arises spontaneously in you.
What needs to be done arises spontaneously in you

How should we use the inquiry questions of "Who AM I" and "What notices this"?

Obviously, we can use this during meditation, not as a mantra, but as a means noticing where the attention is going. Is the attention going out to thoughts, feelings and emotions of the body/mind? That is actually Inattention. One clue that we are being inattentive, is that we are conscious of past or future things because that is the realm of the mind. Conditioning, programming and habits have caused us to be inattentive most of our life.

Or is it going inward to The Self, The Watcher, The Observer or the Source of perceiving? This is Attention. The clue of this is that we are absolutely in the NOW moment. 

The mind will try to molest us for a while by creating noise, and thoughts that we have some interest in. As we notice that happening, we just look at that without judgement or trying to push it away, and then inquire "What notices this?" Magically, our attention comes back to the Source of the looking and we are in the NOW moment again. Relax in this natural state and allow. 


The same thing happens in daily life. As we notice our attention being pulled into the noise of the mind which is past/future, just look at it without judgement, and ask "What notices this?" Magically, our attention comes back to the Source of the looking and we are in the NOW moment again. Relax in this natural state and allow.

This replaces the old conditioning with a new one and soon, the mind will take its proper role and we Remain as the Self.

"Waking up to the truth and remembering what we are, is as easy as inquiring within with a very simple question:  Who AM I?"

The question of "Who AM I?" is partnered with "What do I KNOW" as they are the same question to our Eternal Hearts- our Higher Selves.

I have been working on these questions myself for over two months now.  Many discussions with Heather and several others wonderful BE'ings guided my search within and helped me learn to listen for the answers to my questions.   As I read back here on RTS over the past few months, I can see my progress, can see the leaps I've made in finding the answers I have been searching for.

Three months ago I continuously searched for answers from outside, gathering intel from many varied sources, reading articles, gathering pieces of the puzzle and trying to force them together in some semblance of order that made sense when interpreted by the outside information that I had.

But as I said, the inner voice screamed at me that the pieces didn't fit together like that.  When I opened my mind to the voice from my heart I suddenly realized that my heart was the guide I was looking for.

As I wrote on Sunday in the article "Do you Remember?", the Grand Experiment, The Game, is over. It's time for us to take off our blindfolds and "Wake Up".

Right now we are in that moment between awake and asleep.  That instant, that twinkling when the dream ends and your eyes are flickering open and you have that brief thought of  "where the hell am I?!"

(If you're a parent and you ever laid next to your child while putting them to bed and crashed out hard, then you know exactly what I'm talking about, lol!)

We are in that moment when you cross over between dreams and reality- but what is the real reality of Who We Are?  This is the questions that we now ask ourselves.

One of the best tools of remembering that Heather has spoken about on various radio shows is the question "What do I know?"

When you have a question about something, ask yourself "What do I know?" and then listen.... listen to that voice in the back of your mind, listen to the voice of your heart, listen to your dreams, your day dreams even, listen to the words around you- articles on the internet, conversations with friends or acquaintances, radio shows, videos..... be open to receiving your answer from sources that you never considered before. Source is speaking to us constantly, we just need to learn to listen.

I will give you an example:

The article "Do you Remember" was in my brain for about a week.  Several times I attempted to sit down and write it out, but there was a piece missing.... there was a blank spot in my mind, something was blurred out and I knew it was important to fully understanding, to having Absolute Data.  I put the article away for a couple of days and said "When the time is right, I will KNOW and then I will fully understand and will be able to articulate the article into words".

This weekend we sat down as a family and watched the movie  "Rise of the Guardians".  The movie was fun and very enjoyable, and I laughed with the family at the various antics of the characters.  One of the main characters is Jack Frost, who spends the entire story trying to remember who he was before he was turned into Jack Frost.  Jack realizes that he needs to remember who he was, to understand who he is now and what he needs to do.

"If I find my memories, then I will know the reason why I am here!!"

In that moment, my heart pounded and I literally jumped out of my seat. The answer to my unspoken question flooded into me and I KNEW.

The entire article flowed into my mind in that instant.

I asked "What do I know?" and I paid attention to the answers that were all around me.

We need to open ourselves to the flow of information.  The conversation I had with Howard came at exactly the right moment. Comments in skype and in emails highlight instantly when they are needed.  Twice last week AK left comments  in a skype room to someone else, that hit me right between the eyes and they triggered me to remember another piece of Who I AM.

The answers are there.... you just have to be open to them.

Here is an exercise that Heather shared with me to help me Remember:

Get a piece of paper or fabric.  Write on it "I REMEMBER".... decorate it, colour it, paint it, embroider it, bead it, glitterify it....

Take that creation and put it into a bottle, a jar, a box, a locket..... and put it somewhere you can see it, somewhere visible and in the open near where you spend most of your time.  Then as you walk past it, or glance in that direction, send it the thought "I Remember!" , Love it, cherish it..... and then listen to the Data that is sent your way.

Like a message in a bottle.  Like a string around your finger.  It's a reminder that we are awake and we are ready to REMEMBER!

Who are you?  What do you know?

Ask.

Then listen
