I made this comment on a thread in another room and thought it worth sharing. It was in response to accusations that Courtesy Notices are causing "serious suffering." Please feel free to share as you see fit :)

I have yet to come across one person who is "seriously suffering" as a result of using a Courtesy Notice, which as we made very clear above is NOT an official OPPT document, nor produced by Heather. Those who are suffering, such as the case of Shawna above, were already suffering prior to submitting a CN. In essence, the CN was not the cause, it was only deemed the cause when it didn't bring about an immediate remedy.

XXXX, you should know me better by now. I have no fear when it comes to standing up for what I believe in. Those in the FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, et al are the real terrorists and you know that. They label anyone they so choose (i.e. Snowden, Bradley Manning, Julien Assange, etc.) as domestic terrorists, when they compromise their illusion by bringing too much truth to the mainstream. If the Universe intends for me to go to jail for doing the RIGHT thing, then so be it. I will stand up for my rights and liberties no matter which side of the jail cell I may reside. The people of this country are in just as much of a prison outside of the prison walls, as they are in.

I say, do whatever YOU feel is right XXXX, and ALL. But don't criticize others who take a stand when they're tired of being stepped on and abused. What if all of the great heroes of our time, MLK Jr, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, JFK, Rosa Parks, etc. stood down because they were afraid of what "could" happen to them as a result. These great men and many others, gave their life for what they believed in, but look how many millions of people, from all around the world, have lived on to enjoy the fruits of their legacy.

We can either stand down in fear and let the abuse rage on for generations to come. Or, we can stand against it NOW, united as one people and once and for all bring an end to all the fraud, corruption and tyranny. I don't know about you XXXX, but I and many others out there just like me, are done playing that game. Please, for your own sake, save yourself the breath and stop trying to convince me/us otherwise. The people have the right to choose their own path. This is not about OPPT anymore, it's about experiencing true Freedom. The UCC filings were a tool. A tool that have helped awaken many people from all over the world. Once enough people are awake and aware, it doesn't take UCC filings, official govt/bank foreclosures, courtesy notices etc to bring down a broken system...it takes only one thing, THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. Look around the world right now and tell me that's not the case...

The time of looking outside of ourselves for a hero to come save the day is behind us. Look in the mirror and you will find your hero. It's up to US. It always has been up to US. We have all the tools we need. The time to use them is NOW. We are the ones we've been waiting for. I love you ALL. I stand with you ALL, as my brothers and sisters of Humanity, ready to make a difference. I don't care where your intel comes from, which guru you follow, how much you like me, what language you speak or what color your skin is. My watchwords are: love, peace, unity, compassion, kindness, harmony, respect, tolerance, joy.... The time has come to stop all the ridiculous arguing and in fighting and unite under one common goal: to break free from our oppressors who have controlled every facet of our lives for far too long.

This will be my last comment on this thread. Please consider my words, look inside your heart and ask yourself, what can "I" do to play my part in the greatest shift humanity has ever experienced? Do I choose love or fear? Unity or division? Do I spend my time criticizing others for what they say and do, or live and let live and blaze my own trail? I love you all...

The Doors are Now Open





My Story ~

Courtesy Notices have been sent via registered letter to the ROYAL BANK OF CANADA and the collection agency they use to try to intimidate me to comply with their fraudulent practices ~ NO! I'm done with this slavery system. I do realize that this is not for anyone who does not wish to see their credit ruined, but for me this was a Stand for all those who are unable or unwilling to take this journey. I am forever in Gratitude ~

I stopped paying my VISA card payments last June 2012, and took a stand that I would no longer support a system I knew was causing the whole world a crisis that was totally manufactured by the banking system. I did my research with due diligence and made my decision about it long before the One Peoples' Public Trust came on the scene.

The day the news broke [December 26th 2012 on American Kabuki’s site] about the OPPT and the first of the UCC filings came to my attention, I KNEW without a doubt that this was the key that would unlock a big heavy door. I felt this in the core of my bones... and the journey has been a daily endeavour and most worthwhile.

Sending out that first CN involved my facing my own internal hesitation, to stand up for myself and make this statement, but I did because I knew it was the right thing to do for ME ~


So has this produced results? Yes, definitely!

No bills received from VISA since January 2013, since I was already under the collections department by this time.


A final call from John at the bank April 2013 ~ yes this would be the "Dear John" letter I wrote [Follow Up to Courtesy Notice, below] that has been used in many places around the world, but was never actually sent to him directly. He GOT IT Indirectly ~ through the ethers and he stopped his activity within one week!


The collection agency has not contacted me in any way since the first of the CNs was sent out last week,


And the second one was sent by express post with signature tracking to another person today.


Could this been seen as total success?

It is still up in the air, as now the ball is in their court so to speak, and they will choose what they will do in their own time, but for me it IS success!

I have found a new confidence within, and I just laugh at these antics that have been designed to instill fear into people;


No more will I be pushed around and bullied by systems that keep all of humanity enslaved to the few;


I will not knowingly give my own personal power away to any system that does not respect my right to BE and DO ~ Do No Harm! and it goes both ways of course;

I have un-hooked myself from a system set up thousands of years ago and will never again participate in it.



For those of you who are familiar with the stories of Jesus, the one time we see him actually angry was over the practice of usury (interest) in the temple.

I can actually show that I have been one of many who are carrying out this action of breaking that system and cutting off the food supply for these people who have behaved in a criminal manner toward the One People for their own benefit.


I do not hold animosity or hatred toward any of them, as they have played their role very well indeed. So much suffering has been caused by these actions.  Another way of looking at it ~ without them and what they have done, we would never have awakened to what we allowed to happen around us. Just like the little frog in the pan of water... you know the story.

Now we move forward to the next part of the story, and my next report will be the presentation of my Oath & Bond ~ rewritten and created for Me, by my hand ~ to the One People and how I can continue being of service to all of human and non-human kind.

I understand your confusion over my last letter to you accompanying my Courtesy Notice of March 6, 2013 as evidenced by your phone call messages.

The legal and lawful landscape has changed in a dramatic manner, although this has not made its way through the manufactured system as yet, where all banks and government corporations have been foreclosed upon, and will soon be made visible and clear for everyone to see. Again, I write this in courtesy to you as a human being, attempting to do his job in accordance with given procedures.

We have all been conditioned to believe that when a bank loans money or offers credit to anyone, that we are using the bank’s own funds, but in actuality this is not the case at all. The signature produces the wealth which never existed previously, whether for a large amount such as a mortgage, or smaller such as a credit card purchase ~ the signature is the key that creates and produces the ‘funds’ at which time the bank monetizes it and balances their books from the ‘get-go’, and then they proceed to extract usury. This has been in operation for literally thousands of years. Those at the very top of your foreclosed corporation know this, and they also know the game is over!

Further, my response to you is prove to me that that a loan was actually made, and that it is not applicable in Canada. The onus is now on you to make this determination.

For the first part, I require 4 things in order to engage any type of remedy,

1. That, you produce full documentation of prior title, ownership and rights to the money that was purportedly loaned to me,

2. That, you produce documentation of the history and origin of funds that Royal Bank of Canada purportedly had prior title, ownership and rights to, that was purportedly loaned,

3. That, you produce documentation of the actual transaction and transfer of said funds (prior title, ownership, and rights) from the loaner to the borrower (including but not limited to invoicing and/or receipts),

4. That, you include the wet-ink signature contract where I agreed, under full and complete knowledge, to enter into this alleged contract with this said corporation.

As for the second part proving to me that it is NOT applicable in Canada, here is a quote from Heather Ann Tucci-Jarrif, Trustee of The One People’s Public Trust, where it is challenged that anyone submit a rebuttal:

On Wednesday, March 13, local resident Ira Goodman was stopped for speeding, going 31 mph in a 15 mph zone, by Eureka Springs Police Officer Shannon Hill. He was issued a citation.

But he's not worried.

He's not going to pay it, and furthermore, as of Monday, he says he no longer owes money on his student loan, as his debt was cancelled, and he's busy discharging other financial obligations, such as his electric bill. ...

Goodman maintains that all branches of government and their agencies, as well as corporations all over the world, have been foreclosed on and no longer have any power over the people, including any institutions to which people are indebted. All that has gone away.

Goodman refused to sign his speeding ticket, wrote the words "under duress" on the signature line and later hand-delivered "courtesy notices" to the police department, specifically Police Chief Earl Hyatt and Officer Hill, that explain that they have unlimited personal liability for their actions, that Goodman does not give consent to any actions against his "secured BE'ing" and they are ordered to cease and desist all action against him. If they don't, he will send them, per each future contact, invoices for amounts from 5,000 to up to 10,000 troy ounces of 99.9 percent pure silver, which he says is the people's "real money," instead of the paper "play" money printed by the government.

He said he will not appear in court. He served Judge Tim Parker with a courtesy notice as well.

He said he has also served notices to the Department of Workforce Services over unemployment benefits, a notice to Sallie May about his student loan, and notices to officers of the court in Pea Ridge where he received another speeding ticket.

"He is one of these types of people who does not believe that the government has authority over him," said Hyatt by phone Friday. "He does not believe he is subject to the laws. We call them 'sovereign citizens.' They don't recognize the banks, the government, all that kind of stuff."

Goodman is acting on the premises of a movement called the "One People's Public Trust 1776" which contends that in December 2012 it "foreclosed on all governments and banks, removed the financial elite's power, returning all wealth and gold back to its rightful owners, the people."

And on Monday, OPPT filed actions which have now cancelled all debt.

Goodman says he called Sallie May on Monday, and they told him his student loan debt was cancelled as a result of these OPPT filings. He said he did not ask for documentation confirming that, but he will.

According to its website, OPPT was started by three trustees, Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, an alleged former international banking lawyer; Caleb Paul Skinner; and Hollis Randall Hillner.

In her career, Tucci-Jarraf said she saw fraud everywhere: "corrupt government corporations in bed with banks and the world's powerful financial elite."

OPPT claims the Declaration of Independence and original Constitution were usurped when the U.S. government was corporatized and the Federal Reserve system was established, and citizens became enslaved as collateral. When corporations took over and deliberately crashed the stock market, causing the Great Depression, governments were forced into debt, and the "slavery by debt" system was entrenched.

The OPPT used the little-known and little-understood Uniform Commercial Code to file its foreclosures, allegedly freeing everyone from debt and being subject to rules and laws, it explains on its website. It provides templates for people to give notice to corporations, banks and governments, informing them they no longer have power or legal authority to collect debts and that any so-called debts can be paid by money set aside after each individual's birth certificate created a fictional "strawman" which the corporations hold as collateral.

Goodman says these foreclosures apply even to his speeding ticket.

"When you get a ticket, it's an offer for a contract and falls under contract law," he said. "It's like buying an automobile. You have three days to turn around and say, 'This does not work for me.' It's the same with a traffic ticket. You have three days to bring it in and say 'refused for cause.'"

The police, acting under the authority of the city, are in effect disbanded, he says, because the City of Eureka Springs was incorporated, and the corporations no longer exist.

"They are acting as fictional governments," he said. "They are not true governments. Under the Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights we are the sovereigns, we are the rulers, and the government is beneath us. That whole thing was flipped because of the series of bankruptcies the country went through."

Goodman said the whole premise of everyone acting as individuals is that when human beings are not put in positions of emotional distress created by fear and greed, they will act with love and goodwill toward each other and work out their problems between themselves without Big Brother intervening.

"We are in a different time. The planet and the people are evolving right now. The old consciousness is ending, and now we are moving into a new consciousness of love," he said.

He said rules such as speed limits are arbitrary and "meant to control us."

"The excuse they give is they are going to protect us from ourselves."

Goodman said he has no hard feelings toward Hyatt or Hill.

"I think they are great guys, and this is nothing personal about them," he said. "We have to get over this fiction.... Since the agency has been foreclosed, that fiction no longer exists."

Hyatt doesn't quite see it that way.

"I can't predict the future, but if someone does not pay and fails to appear in court, then their driver's license is suspended and a warrant is issued for their arrest and they go to county jail," he said. "He would be given an opportunity to go in front of the judge, and if he doesn't follow the orders of the court, there will be consequences."

He said others claiming to be sovereign citizens have paid and/or served time.

"The law is the law; everybody has to follow it," Hyatt said. "Mr. Goodman refused to sign the ticket. Shannon could have arrested him at that point but didn't because he's a local resident."

Hyatt said he is not familiar specifically with OPPT, but this was not the department's first "go-around with this type of person."

"Quite frankly, it's kind of entertaining."

5:30 p.m.

Banks are closed for the weekend.

My doorbell rings twice.

I answer the door and at my doorstep stands a tattoo-laden individual with piercings in his lips, nose, etc.

Rough around the edges.

The intimidating type.

Merely doing his job.

A human being.

After asking if I'm Thayne, he proceeds to inform me he'll be repossessing my truck.

I was in shock for a moment, now facing the consequences of my actions (I could no longer afford my truck payment from December onward and stopped paying insurance on it after January).

He said he'd give me a few minutes to get my things out of MY truck (Red flag, never unlock your house or vehicle for a goon, no matter who they are allegedly representing; nor give them your keys).

I quickly gained the offensive and began utilizing what I've learned from Heather and co. including a specific YouTube video I'd seen.

I started asking questions to throw him off-script.

It worked quickly.

I remained calm and re-assured him my issues were only with the bank.

He kept attempting to refer to an alleged order; to an agreement between the alleged bank and myself.

None of which he could produce to prove his allegations and justifications.

He continually used threats and coercion (script) against me but it shed from me like water.

I knew immediately when he lost his power and when I had complete control over the situation; complete control over myself.

I kept repeating that I know my rights.

He threatened to call the Sheriff who he alleged would allow the seizure of my property.

I asked what documentation he had to prove this.

I invited him to call the police. I informed him that the truck is registered in my name.

I informed him that if this is the game he wants to play I would gladly allow the police to escort him off my property for trespassing.

It's a civil matter.

It's the local authority's job to maintain the peace.

He had caused measurable damage to my energy.

He was disrupting my peace.

He was in the wrong the moment he attempted to interact with me.

Know this.

They have NO rights to harm you under ANY circumstances; verbally, etc.

After becoming flustered, he finally said he had no choice but to call his boss.

He spoke with her for a moment and then handed me the phone.

"Hello?"

She attempted to use her script (threats, coercion) without any success.

I simply kept asking questions; none of which she could or would answer.

She attempted to get me to admit to something she was saying.

She wanted me to admit that I'd failed to keep my agreement with this alleged bank.

I simply replied, "That's what you're saying" or something along those lines.

Never agree to any of their demands.

They have no standing whatsoever.

She continued to make feeble attempts at scaring me into submission.

Sorry, you picked the wrong person to threat and coerce.

I continued asking her to prove any of her allegations were lawful.

She kept arguing otherwise, losing her cool by the minute.

She played "good cop/bad cop" telling me how nice of a person I look like on my FB profile.

I told her, "I am a nice guy."

Eventually she said I'm just a lawbreaker.

I responded by saying, "People break the law EVERY day (what laws right?).

Then she got really scary (yeah right!) and admitted what the law states.

That they can peacefully repossess my vehicle which I was obviously resisting.

Since they'd have to exercise force to do so, they have no choice but to leave.

She proceeded to say how she was going to email the alleged bank in the morning (bankers work on Saturdays? Barely!) and inform them that I resisted and that she'd direct them to the finest attorneys in Missoula.

Bring it on!!!

I said, "Great! I'd rather deal with the law anyways!"

I handed the phone back to her goon and once he got off, he simply said, "Have a good evening." and proceeded to vacate my property IMMEDIATEDLY.

This probably lasted around twenty minutes total.

I never gave into them.

On Saturday, I filled out my first Courtesy Notice and faxed it to her.

I felt liberated!

I'm all about facing re-po men, authorities, attorneys, judges, etc.

They've all been foreclosed on!

They have no ground to stand on!

It's actually funny watching these people sleep-walk.

It's important to remember they're people.

Never feed into their low energy patterns.

We're the change.

No one said it would be easy but it is worth it.

On a side note, I'm learning to let go of these possessions anyways.

Everything is still in bondage and will be freed in short order.

By no means is this glamorous.

We are outlaws; out of law.

We are also leaders.

It's our job to lead; by action.

Asserting ourselves, always.

We are manifesting our realities.

If I gave into fear, I may as well have simply handed my keys over and given up.

No fucking way!

There’s plenty of material you can read about the One People’s Public Trust movement in the post I wrote yesterday below.  I’m going to summarize for you why, in Dave’s opinion, there is a high likelihood this strategy will be successful.  I’m going to skip over the “intention” aspects and the spiritual overtones for the purpose of this explanation although those are actually more important than the tools themselves, those aspects are subjective and debatable.  I’m not not even going to elaborate on the legality of the documents because I’m not qualified and this post is based on an assumption that they were drafted and executed properly.

What I am going to address is the use of this movement as a negotiating tool, a strategic approach and a tactical weapon to neutralize overzealous government representatives.  It’s essentially a squeeze play where you are using the UCC filing to claim that the government and the too big to fail banks and the not too big to fail banks… failed.  Evidently the UCC has to be rebutted, from a legal perspective, and what government or corporate leader is going to be willing to stand up and say that the people didn’t bail out the government when it failed during the credit crisis? Not one that I can think of.

If you ask Dave, the assertions in the UCC are fairly vague and global in nature and the UCC isn’t what this is all about anyway, although it lays the cornerstone.  What is important about the UCC is that it creates a reference point that is recognized by the courts.  That reference point is then referenced in the Courtesy Notice and that is what gives the Courtesy Notice some sharp teeth when it comes to intimidation and potential behavioral influence on governmental and banking agents.

The government doesn’t use intimidation.  People who work for the government use intimidation.  You would be hard pressed to find a police policy manual or an IRS that condones the use of intimidation while at the same time you would have a hard time finding a middle manager at many of these institutions that doesn’t use intimidation on a daily basis.  Just take a look at this video from Adam and the Man and check out the un-civil servant at the 5:30 mark and you get a perfect example of the kind of intimidation that I am talking about.  Essentially the same thing happened to Dave just before I started blogging and it was the catalyst to get me started.

When a guy like the one in the video above receives the Courtesy Notice that references the UCC and clearly advises him that the organization he works for is insolvent, bankrupt, broke and otherwise no longer in business he’s going to respond accordingly.  He’s going to go to his boss.  He’s going to go to his co-worker.  He’s going to go to his lawyer.  He’s not going to know what to do because he’s going to realize that he is now personally liable for actions such as those depicted in the video which if you ask me clearly conveys a physical threat… but then again I’m not a lawyer or a judge.

The point is not to attack this guy for practically assaulting Adam with some legal solution against the government.  That won’t work.  The solution is getting the guy to think twice about doing something like this and when he receives the Courtesy Notice and researches it and discovers that it is a valid document referencing a valid non-rebutted UCC, then the guy is going to realize he is exposed.  He’s going to go to his boss and co-workers and say “Hey, that technique I have been using… the one where I protect my face with my hand and then get in other people’s faces and make them think I am going to arrest and possibly twist their arm and injure them because I provoke them into pushing me back… that technique… well I can’t use it anymore because people have cameras and I won’t have the protection of government TSA lawyers and government TSA insurance policies when I get dragged into court by the guy who sent me this Courtesy Notice.”

That’s what will happen.  I know it.  These people, like the TSA guy is just doing his job the best he can because the job is a ridiculous job.  He’s survived and climbed the ladder by perfecting his techniques and by creating a marginal personal exposure that he believes is covered by the uniform and everything that stands behind it… and it was… until now.  When a guy like this gets theCourtesy Notice in the mail or via email, he’s going to back down quicker than you can say “Simpson-Bowles means tested my pension plan.”

If someone at the top would stand up and deny the UCC by providing a proper rebuttal, then they could disable this movement, but that person would also be charged with treason.  Who do you know in government that is going to do that; President Obama or the Chairman of the private Federal Reserve Bank Ben Bernanke?  How about the person in charge of your local credit union?  I don’t think so.  No one in their right mind is going to stand up to the UCC filing and how they got it onto the books escapes me and frankly it makes me quite suspicious as to the core intentions, but more on those suspicions later.

Is this some sort of get out of jail, drive as fast as I want, don’t pay my property taxes solution?  I don’t view it that way.  Is this some way to shut down an overzealous TSA agent like the guy in the video above?  Absolutely it is.  I started noticing a pattern of behavior where the civil servant was become the uncivilized master.  That pattern was emerging everywhere I went.  Then one day I got pulled over for turning right on red and it cascaded into an amazing experience for me.  I’ll probably elaborate on it in another post.  It was at that moment when I realized that the government, at least from my perspective had gotten out of control.  If I had had that UCC Courtesy Notice available to me at the time of that experience I think I would have sent a copy to that police officer.

About two months after my experience with that officer, I read an article in the local paper on how that same office beat some perpetrator up in a restaurant parking lot when there were nine police officers already on the scene before that officer got there.  If I had sent the Courtesy Notice advising him of his personal liability for his actions, would he have beaten up that man at the restaurant?  Maybe not.  According to the local newspaper the entire brutality case was under investigation and we know how those investigations work out when you’re investigated by your own organization and Holder-Breuerian “ripple effects” are the primary concern.

If you work for the government there’s a decent chance that this new paradigm of personal exposure for your actions is going to become a reality.  There’s a decent chance that you’re going to get one of these Courtesy Notices and eventually they will be tested in court and if you believe for one minute that they’re going to restructure the entire Uniform Commercial Code because it is being used by citizens to intimidate overzealous government workers you’re dreaming.  The government will leave you hanging out there in the breeze in the same way that Means Testing your entitlement and retirement programs will leave your golden years wanting like a German trying to get his gold returned from the Fed.

The real significant aspect of this paper-based approach to accountability is the feedback loop that it will create.  TheseCourtesy Notices will be making their way through every imaginable administrative channel in an already constipated bureaucracy.  Their volume and frequency will build like a snowball until they become so heavy they can no longer be rolled.  A word like  “mesothelioma” settlements became  one of the most searched for words on Google because absestos became one of those snowballs that got so big it couldn’t be moved.  The same can be said about the tobacco settlement.  I can imagine that extending “courtesy” to a gentleman like the one that confronted Adam in the video becoming standard operating procedure.
