This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Classic, Romantic style-appreciative consumers (vintage-styles: ages 20+).

In order to deliver on this proposition, we institute a naturally and trained eye for tasteful, unique and appealing designs making use of 20+ years of jewelry & design experience. With perfect combinations of fabrics or findings, we create romantic and casual styles appreciated by all ages. We offer a way for retailers to easily purchase an entire collection, or an completed ensemble/outfit, such as the dress with perfectly matched jewelry specifically designed to complement each other. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Romantic, Artisan-crafted Jewelry market.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy. We believe that we can effectively offer better value over our competitors.
We create every jewelry set or dress from start to finish in the U.S. With our jewelry, it is unique, yet appealing to women of all ages. The same with our limited design couture, created by our in-house designers, sewn by Master Seamstresses in the U.S., a fair trade product, and made with 100% cotton fabrics, a rapidly renewable resource.

Our products have a natural wholesomeness, romantic, classically appealing style which is not so trendy as they are timeless treasures.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Streamline products to bestsellers & create products based off of bestsellers. Evaluate price points and market concurrently.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Quadruple Retailers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 200 customers Profitability at 50%/higher Brand name recognition
