Although i get new questions about marketing my business with a binary payment plan daily the biggest question i always face is what is vemma . . .?

If you want to know exactly what this company is you first need to know what it isn't. Vemma isn't any kind of scam, or illegal practice. Marketing companies, this one included have a bad reputation because of illegal things like pyramid schemes. Keep in mind that BK's company is 100 percent legitimate because it's the drink of the Charlotte Bobcats, Endorsed by Jordan, The drink of 2 NHL teams, and recommended by Dr. OZ as an excellent vitamin/drink supplement. It is also given an A+ for it's marketing strategies by the better business bureau.
There is a ton of credibility behind this company so hopefully the skepticism you have has been knocked out the window. Now lets continue with the review by discussing the payment plan. This company uses what's called a binary structure to pay their distributors. If you are unfamiliar with the binary compensation, it is based on building 2 teams to generate income. for example a distributor in the company recruits one person on their left and another on their right side. There are many benefits with this structure but the biggest is to promote team building. The reason for this is to help others succeed so you can succeed.
I prefer a payment plan like this because it motivates you to work hard to grow your team by training and working with your down line. When you build leaders under you they in turn build leaders under themselves on their left and right sides. This binary structure works only if the 2 distributors on your team build their team as well. Problems in this can occur but can easily be fixed by enrolling MOTIVATED PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SUCCEED!
