The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

B &W Nonprofit has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The only things Hamilton has to do for Teens is two Skating rinks and parks for little kids. We want to provide more we want to give the teens opportunities that can't afford to go to tri county for skate ramps, or Bogarts for the high school battle of the bands, or a teen night dance club, or just to experience live music.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Teens & Parents.

The Value Proposition

B &W Nonprofit is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Teens & Parents. "B &W Nonprofit My 15 yr old nephew died June 18 2013 fishing in a canal, a week later to the day, two boys were going back to the same spot with fishin' poles. Teeenagers in my Hometown have nothing to do but fish, and get in trouble, and I want to change that I want my town to have a future. "It takes a village to raise a child" They need a fun place to go thats safe isn't that what everyone wants for there kids." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I have an Associate Degree in Business Management, I am a mother of four(three being teenagers) I have researched since my teen years what is available in local cities around us( I was luckly to be able to do those activities as a kid) I have a team together willing to do what ever I need. I have live bands, Artists, Dj, and others linded up waiting to start. We are a nonprofit organization We are here for the kids. We never want another family to have to go though the loss we experienced, We want to make something positive come from our loss.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Teen Entertainment, and services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Skating on main

Family fun center. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Skating on main

Family fun center by Skate on main is just a skating rink
