Nmart Update July 03, 2013

At present Nmart CMD Gopal Mohan Shekhawat is having bail from Guntoor and in one case of Miriyaliguda.

Further I would like to inform you Dr. Raghuram Reddy S. P. Prakasham district has been transferred as routine process of Andhra Pradesh administration. He has filed the charge sheet of four main cases of Nmart in Prakasham district. Rest other district cases are pending. It is good news for us for expediting the cases to go for a final decision. But at the same time, partial delay will be in further bail because now the charge sheet has been filed, and we have to go for a regular bail process.

There are associates sending sms of congratulation on transfer of S. P. Prakasham district. It is my sincere advice to peoples doing all these activities not to do so. There is no effort from you or your team mates in transferring the police officer. Dr Raghuram Reddy (S.P.) has done all what was in his power during last one year and has concluded the investigation by filing the charge sheet also. So do not be happy for his transfer. Behave like a learned gentleman.

Associates be alert/aware/cautious from these types of people spreading false happiness to you. Have patience and faith in our judicial system for positive Court judgment to come.
