Fitness Bling has a clear business objective to distribute fitness jewelry and accessory products. These products have been developed over the last month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we we have sought some of the most unique and unattainable accessories for the Gym Culture that has never been available in Austria before. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Fitness Jewelry market. We consider our key competitors to be: Sellers of fine jewelry on web sites such as eBay. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with these Online Sellers by offering the 'local advantage' and also savings passed on to customers due to bulk buying. Free delivery will also be a great selling point.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Acquire enough stock to supply demand quicker. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build on our product base to provide more choices for our returning customers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 6 months are: Sell first shipment, supply possible overwhelming demand and make first profit by early to mid December 2013.
