This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Startup companies.

Anguis Nest is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Startup companies. "Anguis Nest will Provide an effective channel to connect with financiers with high returns on time spent." In order to deliver on this value proposition, the Founder team with due diligence experience that can screen startups to select those with potential. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the market. We consider our key competitors to be: Accelerators, Incubators and VC Matchmaking platforms. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Accelerators, Incubators and VC Matchmaking platforms by empowering high impact pitches delivered to a network of investors that include HNW individuals.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to attend startup events once every week to widen network and get insights on client needs. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Matchmake startup founders with VCs and Angels and aim to make the first successful match..These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
