Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Sales market. We consider our key competitors to be Humana they have a large amount of people in the counties I'm targeting. Not only can I help my existing clients but I can capture new clients.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition.
Key Strategies
In the next few months leading up to the AEP I want to send a few mailers to my Humana book of business letting them know I have other options for those clients in counties that Aetna,Anthem will work better for them. I will be reaching out to them setting up appointments so I will have a full schedule October through November.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy i will also start having some Medicare and muffins seminars to start building my pipeline for the ROY. As well as some other marketing strategy and implementation. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the 6 Months. 350 sales in the AEP 15-20 sales during the ROY Life,Health sales during the ROY
