These services include Web Design, Graphic Arts, Video Production, Digital Signage. We have been developing these services over the past Three (3) Years. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Our belief is if our client looks good so do we! Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need for dollars made in connecticut to be spent in connecticut.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Business to Business/Government Tourism Boards.

We have a number of competitors within the Rich Multimedia Content market. We consider our key competitors to be: Major broadcasting organizations (Comcast Spotlight, Fox 61, CT20),Local Video Production Companies such as Motion, Inc. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Major broadcasting organizations (Comcast Spotlight, Fox 61, CT20) and Local Video Production Companies such as Motion, Inc. by TMG is a local company with an insight that other companies located out of state do not have. Our work flow process allows us to produce a show with in three day where it could take the large house double that time.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to acquire new sources of revenue by introducing a new YouTube channel and offering advertising space with in our features. We also plan to offer new services for wedding videos, Music videos and other rich multimedia content products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Tomahawk media group will now offer fully produced features in HD. These shows will very in there nature and appeal to local Advertisers whom we shall use to pay for air time for each show. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch New YouTube Channel Obtain a more business/corporate orientated client list Obtain Office location out side off the home.
