We have a number of competitors within the Tennis & health market. We consider our key competitors to be: Tennis clubs that target kids for expensive private lessons...And health club franchises that take your money and don't deliver. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Tennis clubs target kids for expensive private lessons...we build community by We are better because we concentrate on the total lifestyle...nutrition, healthy activities, and fun!.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to start group lessons for kids and attract more women! This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to increase memberships. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 new customers; obtain 30 people in fit body class; and attract two schools whose kids attend the club on alternating days with 24 kids each day
