What's your beef? is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Good food lovers. "What's your beef? will Provide restaurant quality food, fast, with better nutritional value and at low cost." In order to be able to deliver on this value proposition, we bring Michelin starred skills and experience. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the fast food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Fast food outlets and artisan street food outlets. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Fast food outlets and street food outlets of any kind by utilising our collective experience of working within the catering industry, giving us a head start with producers and suppliers. In addition our staff have experience working in some of the best restaurants in the country giving them the ability to produce a stunning product.


Key Strategies

Over the next six months our focus will be to begin trading in three or more locations. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to trade in more than one place at any one time. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch a mailing list. Gain the capacity to cater for events via online booking. Employ 4 full time staff.
