Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as making the realise there are problems. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Property Management departments.

In order to be delivering on this value proposition, our unique position is that I am there for the PM as well as the Principal. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Learn the main audit, compliance & training issues in PM departments.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Teach PM Dept Heads what to look towards.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch the new service Obtain 50 customers to see bi-monthly & Continuous improvement
