Gototech is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Class BCD people. "Gototech will " provide clean , nutritious , yet low cost rice soup in a sofisticated ambiance ready to serve 24 hours everyday." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we " our external kitchen or commissary provides fresh products to all branches removing the aspect of cooking in the selling place that provides more time to give customer satisfaction , it also provides one taste to all branches. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Rice Soup market. We consider our key competitors to be: Gotoking and other rice soup stands. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Gotoking and other rice soup stands by Cheaper price , and mass determined location.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Stablishing sofisticated ambiance yet low cost products , product development and staff efficiency development . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Product development and system improvement process . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
