This is a critical issue for our selected target market of children, adults, people with disabilities and older adults where dance can act as a form of therapy, an escape, a chance to try something new or develop existing skills.

Dawns Elin Dawns is uniquely positioned to deliver valuable activities to children, adults, people with disabilities and older adults. "Dawns Elin Dawns will develop dance and dance fitness classes across Blaenau Gwent and provide opportunities for people to learn new skills, develop existing skills, enjoy, keep fit while participating in one activity...dance.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, a high quality dance practitioner with experience in dance performance, teaching, project managing and training will develop our activities. These skills have been developed through working with children, young people, adults, people with disabilities and older adults in a variety of different settings. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Dance and Dance Fitness market. We consider our key competitors to be: Freelance Dance Practitioners in the area, Blaenau Gwent Arts, Private Dance Schools, Local Leisure Centres and Dance Companies touring in Blaenau Gwent. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with these organisations through offering unique dance activities in Welsh, English and bilingually in a range of settings including schools and community spaces. We are dedicated to providing dance opportunities for all including dance for toddlers, people with disabilities and CPD training for teachers and community workers.
