In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our highly trained, award-winning musicians deliver the highest quality live performances and guarantee to write song(s) to the satisfaction of the client(s).. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Custom songs and live performances market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lady Kane and Parliament. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Legendary customer sercice and commitment to delivering the most engaging, quality performances and custom-written songs..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to -Research most requested songs at weddings and corporate events and learn them; catalogue the songs and organize in a binder; update repetoire list

-Setup EPK specifically for cover gigs

-Master loop pedal to beefen up solo performances

-Find consistent supporting band and rehearse at least once a week

-Setup website that displays different available packages; create incentives for early registration

-Research high end venues and bridal conventions and apply to perform

-Recruit 2-3 other singer/songwriters for variety and support

-Build repetoire of session musicians, producers, engineers, studios, booking agents, venue managers, etc.

-Approach NGOs or big campaigns and offer to do pro bono work to add to resume. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to -Purchase company van for touring

-Make high end promo video for online commercial

-Rent a permanemt office/rehearsal space for jamming/live video takes

-Expand services to cities outside of TO and GTA (ie. Guelph, London, Waterloo, Hamilton)

-Save $50,000 in net profit for Damian Yonge full album.

These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
