Today's chart is the ES on a 1 minute chart. I've increased the big CCI to 189 to make sure I'm trading the trend not the noise. There's no magic in parameters, it's about using the tools to make it easier to see what I want to see.

Daily Grind
One of my workspaces is called DAILY GRIND. I want to remind myself that this business is all about trading that trading plan. It can get quite repetitive but that's the idea.
