Is Iran being Targeted by HAARP- 14 earthquakes in 24 hours

Early yesterday Iran was hit with a 6.4 magnitude earthquake  which was quickly followed by a 6.2 quake, both 9.9km deep.  In the last 24 hours Iran has had 14 earthquakes ranging from 4.0 to 6.4 magnitude.  14 earthquakes in less than 24 hours and ALL of them were less than 10km deep.  

Early this morning I went searching for more information and was gratified to see that I wasn't the only one that had alarm bells about these earthquakes.

Smells like HAARP to me.
