Just Us Bakery has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute cookies, cupcakes and candy products. These products have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. Our sweets are made with love, care and patience.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Just Us Bakery is a family business. We want to share our love of food and baked goods with everyone. Unlike most bakeries, all of our goods are baked from scratch. From our luscious cupcakes, to our chewy cookies. As we grow we'll be introducing new products.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to In the next six month, I will use social media to advertise the bakery. I will also conduct bake sales and fundraisers to promote the bakery. Through these events, I will network with potential customers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to In 12 months time, I will obtain a store front in a fairly big shopping mall. I will also be introducing new products to the menu. I also will have a voters poll taken for the most liked menu items.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Donate to local agencies Obtain a website, post everyday Launch new products
