EasyHealth has a clear business objective to promote "Help yourself stay healthy services". These services have been scoped with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

EasyHealth has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as making basic health routines as normal a part of your life as eating or sleeping. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of hard working people with no or limited time to excercise, sleep or relax and families with kids spending too muchntime in front of gaming consoles or the tv.

The Value Proposition

EasyHealth is uniquely positioned to deliver value to hard working people or families. "EasyHealth will track and compare the long term results of your health routines, making it fun and rewarding to continue, and giving a feeling to achieve it almost effortless." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we can use all the historic data from our large experience in health insurance and medical assistance services where we gained insights into the positive and negative effects of not starting this routine. We can also offer additional benefits and discounts from our large network of services and affiiliates. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the help yourself stay healthy market. We consider our key competitors to be: health insurers (Prudential ...), sporting good manufacturers (Nike, Adidas ...), pharmaceutical companies, and fitness centers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with health insurers (Prudential ...), sporting good manufacturers (Nike, Adidas ...), pharmaceutical companies, and fitness centers by leveraging our large existing customer base to start from, as well as our brand and image to "always be by your side".


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to promote the concept within selected target groups, test and learn what works and what not and then expand to a larger audience. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to involve providers of additional services and devices to monitor the status and progress of your health. And then to expand the offer, promote it to a wider audience, and fully implement it in one market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: test minimum product with target customers, use service, product, and marketing learning from the test to launch first full service, and expand service to other countries
