As a Century 21 New Millennium Realtor I have a clear business objective to identify, develop, produce, promote and distribute Real Estate Transactions services. Century 21 New Millennium has developed these services for over 30 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
A key component of my growth strategy is to consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. My key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and I am seeking to grow the number of clients I have. I understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.
The Customer
Century 21 New Millennium Realtor has created a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as buying or selling homes in a recovering market. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Families.

Century 21 New Millennium Realtor is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Families. "As a Century 21 New Millennium Realtor I have all the resources of Century 21 and my strong work ethics working for you." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I listen to my clients and I am empathetic to my clients needs. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of my competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Real Estate Transactions market. We consider our key competitors to be: Remax, Coldwell Banker, Long & Foster. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Remax, Coldwell Banker, Long & Foster as Century 21 is #1 in the world and Century 21 New Millennium is #1 in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months my focus will be to Hang door hangers and send out postcards. This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy of contacting all the houses in my neighborhood and volunteer at school or with soccer. These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of my strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Have a solid 100 contacts In my SOI. Have monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies in place. Closing 8 transactions in a year
