Art Centar is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Youth between 17 and 35. "Art Centar will Provide a space for young artists expression that also employs up to 15 young people.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We provide space and resources, events and personnel. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Events and Art Projects market. We consider our key competitors to be: Caleidoscope festival. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Caleidoscope festival by We employ, we create, we are strategic, we offer short and long term advantages.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint key personel, develop programs . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand to a production studio. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: creating space lounching up to 3 events a week employing 10 young people
