AgroCorp is uniquely positioned to deliver value to activated carbon manufacturer. "AgroCorp will ensure a continuous and timely supply of coconut shell with Just In Time logistic method." In order to be delivered on this value proposition, we with our network synergy, will assure the continuity of the supply chain remain intact. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Coconut Shell market. We consider our key competitors to be: ABC Sdn. Bhd. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with ABC Sdn. Bhd. by our network strength and effectiveness.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to market our supply capability and expertise through out the nation. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to establish at least 5 new customers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
