We have a number of competitors within the Children's Books market. We consider our key competitors to be: Disney,toys are us,amazon.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Disney,toys are us,amazon. by We want a segment of people that larger companies will not reach out and touch on the street by using fraternities and sororities or civic organizations..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch website publish three books. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Gain contracts with school systems in southeast, for speaking engagements about childhood self esteem. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
