Our key long term business objective is to share our sourcing formula with like minded individuals and in time strengthen the economy. The products sell themselves, it's just putting yourself in the position to sell them. Now that I figured that out and have began formulating new products we can fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth is clearly oriented around keeping our retail clients happy. What makes them happy? Having their store name on products that JUST hit the market. The development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these will keep us perpetually in motion as long as we have people that want to make money.

The luxury of Smart Technologies allow you to conduct business on the go, govern your bank account with the click of a button and find the nearest Sushi Place based on your GPS location... The Everyday Consumer takes this privelege seriously and we do to.

MaiTech America is uniquely positioned to deliver value to The Everyday Consumer. "MaiTech America will not only supply consumer electronics, but we also offer business solutions with no upfront fee, to share our formula of sourcing to the masses." Nobody else is willing to let their customers in the game to make a profit, but we WILL. This concept has taken considerable contemplation and has developed into the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We really have NO competition due to the fact that we are supplying Corporate America , we represent the Manufacturers AND we are letting ANYBODY in that makes the effort. More capital throughout will eventually help the United States thrive like it did once upon a time.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Being as we are primarily a sourcing agency, we have started with a small group of three representatives. I myself have certified to do business with the state and federal government. Sunny Panyavong develops and maintains all domestic and International relations with new and old vendors alike, while Jordan Hunsberger reaches out to the Corporate retail stores pitching the products that we sell for our clients. With that being said, our net is wide and all of these new technologies are available to us before they hit the market. Pair that with the fact that we have numerous manufacturers of virturally any product at our fingertips, I am sure MaiTech America will have a unique brand by the beginning of the third quarter..After getting our products contracted on a wholesale basis nationwide, I plan on opening up a distribution center that sends consumer electronics of every walk of life all over the nation. As this progress takes place, we will be pitching product ideas to our vendors who will in turn manufacture it for us until we are ready to open up a production line of our own. I'm thinking taking Smart TV boxes to the next level and building them factory preset with an Internet Service Provider, DBV-T2 PCIe free to air card and maybe even a sim card host to call from.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. Our immediate goal is to obtain a business loan to cover the cost of our UPC code and to open our distribution hub. Since Corporate America is the biggest consumer of them all, once we land our first contract, there is no looking back
