In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We have a unique system personally developed by Jessie and I, as well as pricing that beats out all of our major competitors, and that we truely care about our customers, their needs and financial constraints. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Organizing and Cleaning market. We consider our key competitors to be: Molly Maids, and St. Charles Cleaning Authority. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with We offer an organizing service on top of our amazing cleaning service, and we understand/respect our target market.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Hire a new internet marketing firm, promote customer feed back on our social media sitessites as well as on sites such as angies list, direct mail, and flyer canvassing campaigns. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Hire staff to keep up with increasing client demand, explore more networking options, expand service areas..

These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

Obtain 15 clients a week
