Overview

Nomad has a clear business objective to distribute Downloadable products products. These products have been developed over past six months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as they are non accustomed to ebooks and payment method issue. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of studentsand young readers.

The Value Proposition

Nomad is uniquely positioned to deliver value to readers. "Nomad offers unlimited scope of books ,movies , music on your mobile device." In order to deliver this value proposition, we offer downloadables available in every language. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Downloadable products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Amazon, Kobo, Gutenberg. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Amazon, Kobo, Gutenberg by Orientation not only to most popular languages and promotion of local products.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Lounch 20 sub domains with 200 free products each' attract 10000 registered users, sign contracts with adobe and publishers
. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Increase number of users start banner sales and increase number of sales. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch 20 subdomains with 200 freebies, acquire 10000 registers users banner sales, drm sales soft kick off increase of sales
